Do not go here. The lady behind the counter had no knowledge of how to do her job. So I left and went to the store on 14th Street.
Not only did they sell me a better phone for $40 cheaper, they also let me keep my same number, and gave me a free tablet.
The lady at Mt Pleasant said that wasnt true.
But it was. Go to 14th Street.

Went to switch to Metro and the website says they're open till 8, it's not even 7:30.... Happy to switch my rating if there's an explanation.Update: I sent an email to the owner based on their reply to my orriginal comment. It's been 5 days and I haven't heard back, so I'm leaving my original rating and I'll just going to go with another carrier.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I came in because I received a text about getting an upgrade. As soon as I came in I was greeted by a lady named Sharon that seemed to look like she was the manager. She had some type of seniority. She was very rude, very disrespectful, she didn’t want to show me all the phones that were available for upgrade. If you are in the DC area, PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION by all means!!!!

horrible experience! do not visit this location!!!visited this store at 6:30pm on sep 14th 2023 to have the door already locked, but also a store full of people. store clerk would not communicate with me, But rather had the customers communicate with me in sign language thru a locked door while they joked and laughed. waited 30 mins only to not have been spoken too, been helped or even info on a location that would stay open until the posted times online & instore(all locations say 8pm). worst part is all I needed was my pin reset or the original given to me(takes about 5 mins) to start a claim to get my broken phone fixed, as I am a student and use it for work also. would never visit or let any of my family members(Or worst enemy) go to this location ever again!!!! 0/5
