This review is for Islandzestdc. The food is AMAZING. I ordered the curry goat and chicken dhal puri roti. As a roti fan I must say this is the BEST roti in DC. Lite, flaky, delicious, the curry goat was super tender and melted in meh mouth. Definitely my new go to spot for roti.

Al helped our office pull off an offbeat concept for our summer party (live cook-off!). He worked with us through every detail, referred us to food vendors, and helped ensure we stayed within budget. Our guests had a grand time and some said they might try it sometime. Highly recommend Mess Hall for wild ideas!

Great venue for a wedding reception! Staff was very helpful and professional. Lots of great photo ops and cool textures at the Mess Hall and nearby!
