I've lived here for a year and a half and not had any problems at all. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, the 24x7 concierge service is excellent, they are extremely dog/pet friendly, and I love the location.

Beautiful apartments great location this was the first in my list to visit it may be my last Love having a 24 hr concierge service. The club room and the decks were amazing. The space is just enough bathroom and walk in closet was great

A rodent infestation reached my apartment and neighboring apartments all the way on the 14th floor (top level).
For around two months we ended up barricading our apartment and opted to mainly stay elsewhere while management placed the blame on a new tenant and failed to eradicate & prevent reinfection.
Months later upon receiving our lease renewal offer we spoke with Jasmine, the assistant property manager, to ask for our unhabitable living conditions during the mouse infestation to be taken into account for lease renewal pricing and I was advised that she would discuss it with her supervisors and get back to us shortly. We checked in 3 times over a 20 day period with no answer or information other than that they would get back to us shortly.
Finally today after once again going to their office I was made aware that they will not be taking into account the rodent problem and that effective today my rent due has automatically increased by approx $1000 because we "waited too long to enter into a new lease"... even though we've been waiting for any form of communication from them for 20 days.

A friend recommended Meridian at Gallery Place to me and I’ve lived here a bit over 6 months now and absolutely love living here! The sunroom in my apt is such a nice touch and the spaciousness for a DC apartment is unheard of! The location is amazing to city center. Lots of restaurants and an easy walk to a grocery store and the metro. I feel safe walking around, and like any place in the city, be aware of your surroundings.
I did a walk through of the complex 3 different times before making the commitment to move and the leasing team was beyond patient and gracious each time I reached out with inquiries. Especially Jordan, who offered top notch support and was the real MVP. George, the evening concierge, who I interact with the most, is great! MGP is truly a gem and I have recommended it to 3 friends, one who has moved in!

Only writing this review for Byron, the new property manager, and our beloved George at the Concierge. We lived at the Meridian since the winter of 2020 in two different units and overall we loved living here. We had some issues with our last unit but Byron was so helpful and kind; he went out of his way to help us resolve the issue and was very communicative (which I did not expect at all from my experience with the previous property manager). Byron and George will actually listen to you!

Rude and very unprofessional, management definitely not the true definition of great customer service. Ms.Jessica, how are you even holding a title like that with the childish mindset you have. Please do a little research before you decide to rent from here.

I have lived at the meridian gallery place since 2019 and I highly recommend the building. The concierge staff are superb (especially George and Valerie), maintenance issues are resolved quickly, the amenities/community spaces are very well maintained, and the front office has always been responsive and helpful. Additionally it’s a great location within walking distance to the metro, Safeway, and tons of restaurants and gyms!

This is a really great apartment complex in a fantastic location. The amenities are very nice (great deck, pool, workout room, club room) and the building is very nice and clean. The security is also very good, the front desk concierges all very aware and on top of things (and friendly!). One concierge, George, actually prevented someone from stealing my bike. Anytime i’ve had a time sensitive maintenance issue, there was a maintenance tech there not just within the day but within the hour. Highly recommend!

Best apartment community! Top-notch service, concierge, and leasing office. There is a high commitment to excellence that is visible on all levels of operations. The leasing professionals, (Jordan in particular), go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. The community events, such as food trucks, are a plus, along with solid communication from the leasing professionals.

Lived here for two years and have had a great experience! The staff is friendly and attentive, incredible rooftop and views of DC, and great location just steps away from the metro. 10/10 would recommended this building to anyone!

I really enjoyed my time at the Meridian. The building has great amenities, highlighted by a large rooftop pool. The location is close to all major Metro lines, and a short run down to the mall. The desk staff is particularly helpful and friendly!
