I would give 4 stars but today at 10:50am, I spoke with a Jessica. VERYYYYY RUDE, in healthcare & in pharmacy we DO NOT need people who clearly don’t know how to talk to people & or want to work with people regarding their health. BADDD CUSTOMER SERVICE, Continuous Lies, Dismissive, Started to Haze me with a question of “have you talk with someone this month regarding any prescription THIS MONTH” I answered and was soooo confused because it had nothing to do with me asking for a co-pay and an estimated time of when my prescription will be ready but she kept asking and it got NOWHERE just to a more uncomfortable energy displayed.

The emergency is the worsest, they took 12 hours to attend... Iven in the most poor country I never see worse.

The pharmacy is the worst really rude and uncaring for what a patient is going through. Call they answer and hangup before you can all about question then you have to go thru the phone again for the same nasty attitude

Thought my prescription would be filled quickly since my doctor sent it electronically over an hour ago. Had to check in at the "drop off" desk even though it was in their computer. Still had to wait 50 mins even though I saw the attendant take it right off the shelf before I walked away from the drop off desk.
