Ordered a hat online from them. This hat is absolutely a non authentic new era hat. Horrible quality and super expensive. I’m not sure how this business finds it ok to sell fake merchandise…

Excellent service and large collection of kicks and more. Mandatory to make a booking first, easily done via the website. I had a real nice, curated experience sneaker and streetwear shopping. Ask them about the Major merch, the current collection with New Era is really cool!

Had my appointment yesterday and they were fantastic. I was able to take my time and the store has so much to offer. Visiting major will be a recurring yearly trip for me. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Not great customer services. Might have nice stuff but a hassle to see inside and just weren’t very friendly.EDIT: Appointment Only is fine. But no reason to be rude when a new customer stops by. Woman at the door did not want to be bothered and lost a customer forever due to her disgruntled attitude.

Major has an amazing collection of one of a kind kicks to pick from. The online appointment process is simple and makes for an exclusive shopping experience. The owners are very gracious, kind and welcoming. I will be back to shop for sure!

One of the worst shops in Washington. You can’t touch anything or even try it. The service of the workers is so arrogant. Conclusion, a fake luxury shop. It doesn’t give that much.

I visit from California once a month and stop by Major every time. Ducky and his wife are the best. I’ve bought at least 10 pairs of Nikes, Dunks and Jordan’s that no other store has!! If you are looking for different color ways this is the spot!! By far the best shoe store I’ve ever been to.

I get the concern, but don't waste your time. Cats at the door feeling risk, so they force some appointment system. No walk ups (I guess??? The guy at the door didn't know much OR he was intimidated?). Yeah, not sure what they got, but "shook" might be some of it.Not hating the store, just the process, which reflects the leadership.And, reply as you see fit, but you know it's Jimmy Crackcorn. It ain't my biz.

Planned on ordering a pair sneakers from MAJOR but when I inquired about making a return should I need to order a different size, I was informed that they don't take returns, regardless of the reason. Huh? Imagine ordering a pair of shoes, made in another country where sizing can be tricky.Every online clothing vendor I've ever ordered from allows exchanges, and many, if not most, offers a refund if for any reason the consumer is not pleased.Thumbs way down for MAJOR.
