The man behind the counter is always unprofessional, rude, and aggressive. Very poor customer service. I had my packages delivered there multiple times because it is my last resort due to preventing theft at my home and it was an available address to have them shipped to. Today was the first time he ever told me to stop shipping my packages to the store with no reason to back up why I shouldn’t have them shipped there. I did not understand where his reasoning came from and truly felt discriminated. He is literally preventing customers from coming back. I don’t understand how he is still working there.

I am a regular cutomer at this establishment and I have had nothing but top notch service. Yes, at times it is very busy certain times of the day or week. Grow some patience and be a little less in a rush for everything. Most of us are fortunate to have an establishment of this kind to hold and receive YOUR packages. It is better for them here Safe, then in the HANDS of PORCH PIRATES. I received my Goods on TIme and in SAFE hands!

Zero stars. They are not open when they say that they are going to be. Sign on the door says they open at 10:30am on Saturday and now it’s 11am, still no one.They don’t answer their phone, so I have no idea if anyone is showing up today. How does this place exist as a business?

Fast and friendly service. Came here to drop an Amazon return for UPS. They helped me print labels and box everything up.

They never follow their listed schedule to open and close. It say open until 4 but close at 2:30. I find that misleading customers. Don’t use this facility.
