Sucks in cosmetic customer service. The sales lady would rather talk to the store security than assist the customer. Then the second sales lady walked up with an attitude. Maybe because store just opened. I won't be returning though.

Mrs. Felicia from the women's department provided exceptional assistance! When I inquired about more affordable options, she guided me to the Last Act section where I discovered three items from Calvin Klein & DKNY, along with a stylish winter coat. Despite the end of her shift, she went above and beyond to help me. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I was in desperate need of some dress shoes for an upcoming gala; they were my last option of hope. Macy's had always been a staple to me but this location is a true disappointment. The customer service was dire, literally, with lines to try on shoes and employees doing nothing but standing around or outright ignoring us my experience here was horrible.

The customer service throughout the store is disappointing, but Matthew at the Lancôme counter is amazing! I've been buying my makeup at Macy's for years, and he is undoubtedly the best Lancôme representative ever!

Complete lack of service. I went in to buy an expensive mattress. I had specific questions not addressed on the website about the mattress. The salesperson was very unknowledgeable and when I asked him specific questions about the mattress such the what types of foam layers in the mattress and the density he had no idea how to respond. He seemed very threatened by a customer with specific questions about a product selling for over $4000. I went home and called customer service to ask questions about the product and was told to call the manufacturer. If one goes to a mattress store any salesperson can answer questions about mattress construction and density given the high expense of the product. Not sure if Macys has an interest in selling any high end product if they employ people who know nothing more than what the customer can read in a vague website description. I will purchase elsewhere as if any store wants $4000 for something yet is not willing to obtain reasonable information to give to a customer to help decide on an expensive purchase then the culture is not to value or respect customers. The pricing was out of line for the mattress and the charges for a warranty and for a restocking for returns were all well above the market.

This is horrible experience. I bought online two feather comforters for $127.89 during the Thanksgiving time. But I found that the exact same product only costs $39.99 per comforter in kohls. So I returned Macys comforters without opening the package in a couple of days after I received them. I also got acknowledgment from Macys for receiving the returned package. I was supposed to get refund in a few days. However, I still have not got refund yet. Today I found that there is a package at my door from Mac'y's, in which are two comforters. I was shocked. I immediately called Macy's and asked the refund status and why I got the new package. I was told by a rep that the comforters I returned were heavily used and dirty. I couldn't believe my ear and I was shocked. How could they tell such a lie to a customer unless they sold me used ones. I am angry for that.
