I would say Lululemon 14th street store is the best one in whole DC. I am a huge fan of Lululemon, but every time I will purchase them from this specific store. The customer service is great! Thank you Z, btw! You are so kind and nice! You also have such a wonderful taste! Much appreciated!

Good products but SUPER expensive. I really do like all that they have and I will typically use their bags for stuff like if I can't fit something in my regular bag I'll use the one they use. But all their stuff is REALLY expensive.

Wonderful neighborhood store! They accepted my return for a pair of pants that had a defect. Very much appreciate the helpfulness and kindness of the employees.

I really stan lululemon products and the 14th street store. I have yet to have a bad experience at any lululemon store but this one in particular has always been especially great each visit. The sales associates are incredibly helpful and kind. They really take their time to talk with you about the product you’re interested in and never hesitate to show you other options if you want to know comparable products. On the flip side, If you’re just in there to browse they respect that as well. They are really great about honoring the quality policy and always making sure your purchases go through your account so you can always look them up for returns. I really cannot say enough great things about this store and lulus products. I know everyone talks about the cost but, I’ve had leggings from here that have last over 5 years and counting lol whereas another brand yes half the price would maybe last me a solid year so I’ve never regretted a single lulu purchase.

I sent the following letter to customer service:I placed this order on 11/26/22. I ordered one Define Jacket in black, size 10 and two black headbands. I got a notice from you that they were delivered 12/6/22. I received the headbands but not the jacket. I am assuming that you think I got the jacket because I got a notice asking me to review it. As of this writing, 12/12/22, I have not received the jacket. Please let me know if the jacket is coming. I am very frustrated because I have called your customer service number & I am put on hold for over 30 minutes & no one answered. I used your "Let's Chat" and no success reaching anyone there either. This jacket is a gift so I need to know the status of it. Please contact me via email or phone. On 12/16, this is the response I got:Thanks for connecting with us here at lululemon's Guest Education Centre (GEC). I'd be happy to lend a hand and just need a few more details from you before getting started. When you have a chance, please confirm your full name, billing address, and phone number. Once I have that down, I'll provide the next steps. ***************I sent the info requested (which they already had) and to date, 12/21/22), I have still not heard back from them. Pretty poor customer service.Update: Last night, I received an email from Customer Service. They refunded my money for the jacket.

My boyfriend and I went there during a pandemic. They continued to follow and ask us if we needed help multiple times. I can’t help but think it’s because we were BLACK???? We were the only black/brown folk in the store and it definitely felt uncomfortable and disingenuous rather than just “stellar” customer service.

I had a great experience with Miranda at the lululemon in Georgetown. She was so helpful and very attentive. I’ve never bought from lululemon & it was my first time actually trying on things. She made me feel so welcomed and excited to purchase clothes from lulu. Thank you so much for hiring such great employees :)

Management at this location wouldn't honor Lululemon's Quality Promise after my attempt of replacing a pair of Aligns that had a large unraveling seam across the backside of the pant. Their statement was that this location's policy is that the item must have been purchased within a year for a replacement. I understand this policy can be subjective however, it was clearly obvious that the seams were defective on this pair of leggings. After calling Lululemon HQ and sending a photo of the seam, they confirmed that the pant was in fact eligible for a replacement even though they were purchased in late 2020 (right before the pandemic). HQ also mentioned that no such policy existed and that any item is eligible so long as the damage wasn't via normal wear and tear. I then returned to the store mentioning that HQ was willing to accept my return in which they quickly changed their tune related to their 'policy' and replaced my pants immediately. The employee began to apologize and complain to me that the manager at this location 'created this policy recently ' and that every employee there 'knew it wouldn't fly.' If you get shot down attempting a quality promise replacement here, please be sure to call HQ and voice your frustration. Please also push back on this as they should be accepting any item that is eligible under quality promise, regardless of timeframe of purchase.

As a former Lululemon employee, I am appalled at the level of customer service at the 14th and U Lululemon. I went in with a bag that was ripping at the seam and no longer zipped fully and asked if it was possible to get the seam repair. The educator stated that they no longer fix seams and that it appears that the zipper is being used "too forcefully." I then asked her, "so you're saying that it is my fault that the seam is ripping" and she responded with "yes." I walked out insulted and dissatisfied and called the Georgetown location who was more than happy to take an actual look at my bag, look up in the system when it was purchase, and offer suggestions on how to remedy the issue. TLDR; Lululemon 14th street DO BETTER and try not insulting your customers.
