Jordan the manger and two ladies at the register were incompetent and rude unprofessional and disrespectful at all I spent over 200k and I get treated like this I’m very disappointed and I wish I could give zero stars review.

Jordan the manager was very rude unhelpful and disrespectful. He didn’t even let me speak nor wanted to help me in any way I spent over $200,000 in the past year and for him to treat me this way I will never shop there every again Home Depot will treat you like a customer.

Unacceptable Customer Service – Never Shopping Here Again!
I have been a loyal Lowe’s customer for months, spending over $200,000 on materials like wood, siding, flooring, and tiles. Normally, they take care of me and provide good service, but today was an absolute nightmare—all thanks to their so-called “manager,” Jordan.
I had placed an order for delivery, but after multiple delays, I decided to call and see if I could just pick it up myself. They assured me my order was ready and that I could come in the morning. When I arrived, I was met by Jordan, who was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I spoke to him. I asked him simple questions, and instead of helping, he gave me nothing but attitude and disrespect.
Then, out of nowhere, he forced me to cancel my order and reorder it because, according to him, they didn’t have it. This was AFTER I had confirmed over the phone that my order was there and ready for pickup! I don’t know if Jordan just didn’t want to help me, but his attitude was completely unacceptable for someone claiming to be a manager. If this is how the manager treats paying customers, what do you expect from the employees?
Speaking of employees, two Hispanic women at the customer service desk were just as unhelpful. They gave me dirty looks and had terrible attitudes, acting as if they didn’t want to be at work. When I asked a simple question, one of them started raising her voice at me, getting frustrated just because I have an accent. English is not my first language, but that doesn’t give them the right to treat me differently.
I was shocked and disgusted by how I was treated today. I’m not the only one in my family who shops at Lowe’s and spends large amounts of money, but after this experience, we’re all done. From now on, I will be taking my business to Home Depot, where they actually respect and value their customers.
Lowe’s, train your managers and employees better. Jordan and his team just cost you a loyal customer.

I had a very disappointing experience with Jordan the manger . I placed an order and was told it was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, I was informed that it wasn’t actually ready. Not only did this cause unnecessary delays, but the staff was also unprofessional and disrespectful when I inquired about the issue. Instead of providing clear communication or a solution, they gave me conflicting information, which made the entire experience frustrating. Basically Jordan mad the whole experience horrible.

I recently tried to purchase a washer & dryer from Lowe's this month. I encounter numerous problems of Lowe's own creation of which the employees could not problem solve and only made the problems worse. After three failed attempts to get the appliances installed, I returned the products and moved on with Home Depot. A complete waste of my time. Never using them again. Would advise doing the same.

Two ladies at the pickup were incompetent and rude. I asked to speak to a manager she laughed at my face and she told me she was the manager. If there is a real manager there I am happy to explain the entire situation.

I purchased a large number of plants from this Lowe’s. Based on corporate policy, I should have been able to return any that died within the next 12 months. However, when I attempted to do so, a duty manager refused to process the returns on spurious grounds. He was totally impenetrable to reason. Home Depot will receive all my home improvement business in future. I suggest you do likewise.

Had a bad experience with the customer support desk and renting a carpet cleaner.
On pickup I asked for a small unit (listed on wall) for 24 hours. After a long wait L gave me a filled out paper for a large unit for 48 hours. Decided to go with it despite the extra cost because I wanted to leave. I asked how to open the handle so I could bring it to the car and she said “you just do” and didn’t help.
Once home I found that the Bissell was filled with straw and clumped hair and cleaned it significantly before I could start. Cleaned my carpet. Cleaned the Bissell again after my use.
On dropoff the same service agent tried to retain my deposit saying I didn’t clean the Bissell because of the black line present in a narrow channel on top of the machine. Only after insisting I did repeatedly and pointing out how disgusting it was when I got it to her and another worker did she let it go, but not without rude remarks about me not taking photos of it.
2 stars because the Bissell worked great after I cleaned it, but would not return here. That thing was nasty on pickup.
