Here I go again changing something. As usual, calling only MR. PHILIP.
I sent him an email and called late Friday evening. Guess what here it is a Sunday night an I am receiving an email from Philip letting me know it's being processed. This man is on the money, Johnny on the spot, he has the best customer service ever. If he leaves SF, I don't know what I will do. He has always did an awesome job solving my delimas at any giving time. Personally I don't want no one else handling my SF issues. Great person and awesome attitude to go with it... Mr. Lloyd give that man a bonus, take him to lunch, Starbucks, a half a day off with pay or something. He is the best employee in that office....Mr. Awesome is Mr. Butler!!!!

I've been a renter's insurance customer with Lloyd for a few years and it was very helpful to have a local agent to communicate with when I recently had to file a claim for bike damage during a crash a few miles from my apartment and his office. I received two phone calls and an email asking if I needed help filing my claim and if there was any trouble. I have peace of mind knowing that my agent is a medium-length walk away from my front door. I'll be renewing with Lloyd this year and may end up adding other policies with him.

Lloyd has been such a pleasure to work with! He is always very responsive, professional, and patient. He takes the time to explain the implications of any policy changes I make or any questions that may arise. His team is equally great. Ms. Berenisse is extremely knowledgeable and timely in assisting with any insurance needs. Finding a good agent can be stressful but I have the utmost confidence in them. I am grateful to have found such an amazing team!

I had the need to have a car added to my policy as a result of the death of a family member and Phillip took care of my needs expeditiously and with care. We both have experienced the recent loss of a family member and he understood exactly what I needed. He handled adding the car to my policy and showed a great deal of compassion. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I have been a State Farm policy holder for many years and with the service I received, I will no doubt be a policy holder for many years to come.

State Farm has been my insurance for decades personally. When I needed insurance for the nonprofit in the District most had quotes that were triple the amount with the same coverage. We have had this for 1.5 now and always responsive immediately or within a couple of hours via email or when any verification is needed for external efforts. Highly advise using them.
