We'll they saved them, they delivered on time. And they waited for me to get there after minutes after close when I called. Dry cleaning is good quality as well. Can't recommend enough”
“I was googling shoe cleaning businesses near me and found Sole Wash so I called and the owner answered the phone and told me when she would be at the shop. I went the next day with my suede flats to be cleaned and although it took a little over a month to get them back due to a recent flood in the building, she did a great job. Plus first time customers get a nice discount! Parking is tight on Pennsylvania Ave SE so park around the corner or near Trader Joes and walk across the street (if you buy something at Trader Joes, they will validate your parking in their garage). The owner is super nice and very responsive to texts/calls from customers checking on the status of their shoes. I highly recommend this black owned business and wish the owner continued success.”

“I have bern using Cupid Cleaners for more than 6 years. Every time I drop off or pick up my clothes, I am always met with a smile, a hullo and quick to get my dry cleaned clothes from suits to shirts to ties. I have never had a problem or if a spot was not quite gone they are quick to re-do the tie. I love our quick discussions of how they are doing and visa versa. A few times I have walked in and waited my turn only to see the client being rude, loud and demanding. The staff were ALWAYS POLITE & would just go quiet as the person was shouting his displeasure. I say a shame on the clients - go somewhere else!!! 5 stars for the staff working there and for the great dry cleaning or laundering our clothes!!!”
“Wow!! Skips is a nice liquor store in the neighborhood that has been there for a very long time at one time there was a crowd of folks that hung around the store all day begging for money but they have cleaned it up and you feel much safer going there now”

I had a dress(tuxedo) shirt damaged here once, years ago, and she covered the replacement cost. This remains my go-to place, and it should be yours.”

“Great laundromat! Plenty of open machines. Great prices (3.25 for a medium wash, 25 cents per 6 min in the dryer). People are friendly and helpful. There is also a machine to change dollars into quarters.”

“A Korean owned laundromat. They charge $6/ lb + tax for wash and press. They were able to complete my order the next day. My order came to 20lb and cost $128.
It can be difficult to ask for special requests due to language barrier, but it's a good place for simple requests.”
