From an outsider looking in, everything seems peachy. But within those walls, away from the eyes of the visitors lies hidden racism and some times neglect. The core members are just the sweetest BUT some of those assistants should be fired. There's a handbook that only applies to minorities and enforced upon - unlike the counterparts - who can get away with any and everything. They'll have interns make snarky remarks in regard to ones skin color, using terms like slave and Mexican. Before one of the core members passed away, he was neglected by assistants while he was in the bathroom for longer than 30 minutes without being checked on. They've underpaid a worker on a visa, and only called one in just to clean. Of course each business, although a home, still an operation - has their flaws. But I am surprised and taken aback at how they have not been sued yet. If you have placed in an application with this business and you are of color, please reconsider. The rules they have set are not for everyone. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
