I stopped at this store with a couple of teenage students of mine, one insisting on going in. Normally, I would expect an employee to be weary of a few teenagers. Quite the opposite. Frances was kind, helpful, and pleasant to talk to. Just a delight!

I decided on my day off to take myself on a self care date and look for a new KS piece.Frances was an absolute gem. I came in with the intention of getting a pink bag and she was so helpful and showed me several options. I truly appreciate the warm atmosphere and friendliness of the staff!!

My friend and I, both black women visiting from out of town, were followed around this store by an employee, an act that made our experience extremely uncomfortable and caused us to leave much sooner than planned, as we actually planned on shopping there. I don’t want to blame racism or prejudice, but I’m not certain how else to perceive how we were treated. I would not return or recommend this store to anyone.

I have placed an order both online and by phone and 3 times, 3 TIMES MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED!!! I specifically asked if the item was in stock when calling customer service but I guess they do not have updated information when an item is sold out!!! So annoying!!!!

My wife loves Kate Spade and I find the designs very interesting as well. Since we were staying just down the road we had to stop in. The prices look a bit higher than Florida but our store always has big sales as well. Overall still fun to look.

In general, I love the Kate Spade brand, so often take the time to stop in at one of their stores when I see one. This cute store was full of all the great things you’d expect from them. Some beautiful new pieces and lots of colour. The one thing tgat always gets me is that their stuff is a little expensive, but it is all good quality.This branch has nice staff in it, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I would always return to this store at City Center to buy from them again.
