Was in need of watch repair and tried to go into this establishment only to meet a locked door (during business hours). The employee approached the door and said "What do you want?!" I was taken aback by the sheer rudeness and audacity. If you're anti-community, don't operate in the community. 0/10 would recommend.

WOW, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Coming from a customer success manager. The lack of assistance, coupled with the shop owner asking me how much I plan to spend and it being the deciding factor of selling me any jewelry. I had no idea how much I planned to spend because I didn’t get a chance to see any of the inventory. Do not shop here..or attempt to!

Attempted to go there to replace the battery in two watches, and the attendant refused to let me in though they were clearly open with other customers inside. Perhaps he didn't like the color of my skin. But the arbitrary refusal of service needs to be known.

Very overpriced. Manager with no teeth is super rude. I asked him to see a necklace and proceeds to ask him how much do I wanna pay. I said well i want to see it first and want to know how much gold was in the necklace. He got mad that I said that and said wait for one of these ladies. I waited like 15-20 minutes, then I finally get to see the necklace. When i asked how much he grabbed the necklace from the lady and said it's 3,000. 100 PER GRAM Jesus. I went to Henry jewelers two doors down and got the same style necklace and HEAVIER for 1,980. Please don't waste ur time with rude management. Go to Henry jewelers two door down. They are soooo much nicer.
