Everyone here is fantastic. I worked with Jake for my new auto insurance policy, and he is awesome. This was my first time purchasing auto insurance on my own, and Jake was so helpful, he explained everything to me in clear detail. He was very professional, and turn around time was so fast! I contacted Reed over two weeks ago regarding him being my new rep, and I have received poor response. If he was not interested in my business, he should have been more forthcoming instead of wasting my time. He refused to process the adequate paperwork needed to proceed with my case. So disappointed.
