I absolutely love this bank!!! Their mobile app is the easiest app to pay my bills from. It's easy to organize, set up, and maintain. I was surprised to find that they have Interest rates comparable to online savings accounts! Talk about something that made me move my money! I also love the staff at every Industrial Bank - especially my neighborhood bank on Good Hope and MLK. They are quick to answer questions about their products and have given me a great deal of information on how to set up my business account and how to maximize my personal accounts. If you are looking for a brick and mortar bank that has the interest rate that you can only find online and has the customer service needed when you're trying to understand financial products this is your place! As a person that has worked with larger banks, credit unions and online banks I have to say that industrial Bank is the first bank that I actually felt the need to write a positive review about.

Industrial bank sucks and is a rip off. They double deduct money from your account. They freeze the money for pending transactions and those amounts show up on your account as being already deducted. Then once it post they deduct that same amount again from your current balance which drops your balance down again by that same amount. You can't double dip and this bank does it and refuses to return your money. They suck and should be shut down.

Really nice customer service. When I called and inquired of their resources, I was greeted warmly and my questions were answered right away. How exciting. I don't have to wait through multiple automated transfers. Keep up the good work guys.

Really nice staff, but parking isn't easy and one of the atms is regularly broken (and today it took several hundred dollars without completing my deposit). So if it's open, just go to the window instead.
