No matter the business, it feels rare to find an establishment that excels in both quality and customer service. iGorman exceeds expectations on both counts! I’ve been there several times and always feel welcome and heard. Even when issues arise, the Bonnie and the rest of the Gorman family are quick to make things right. I will definitely be going back for any future jewelry needs.

I brought a necklace in for repair recently and had a truly wonderful experience. Bonnie worked with me from start to finish in dealing with what turned out to be a more complicated repair than I had believed, updating me via email regularly and treating me graciously, kindly, and professionally when I went in to drop off, address the complication, and then pick up. Their pricing was more than fair considering all the love that went into repairing my favorite necklace. I would highly recommend Gorman if you're seeking fair priced, high quality repair and knowledgeable, friendly, professional staff.

I was looking for jewelry repair (shorten a few gold chains and restring pearls) and after getting a couple of quotes I decided to make an appointment at I Gorman.Both Adam and Nicole were so friendly. Adam was extremely helpful and patient during my appointment, and was there to assist me every step of the way.Overall, the service was top-notch, and I could not be happier with the results of my jewelry.

Last year, my now husband and I ventured to I. Gorman after not really finding what we were looking for at other spots. The space is clean and welcoming. Nicole took phenomenal care of us and did a great job showcasing the wide range of rings/options available. My husband truly despises shopping and, thanks to Nicole, he didn't feel rushed or overwhelmed. We picked rings that we were both genuinely excited about and love to this day. What stands out about I. Gorman is not only the excellent attentive staff, but the unique selection with plenty of options for feminine AND masculine folks of all tastes. Rings were ready exactly when we were promised and communication throughout the process was super.

I first started working with Bonnie in 2021 to design custom engagement rings, and then again for our wedding bands. We can't recommend this place enough - they're kind, professional, and extremely helpful when it comes to designing and selecting pieces. We've sent several friends their way and they've all had the same experience.

When my wife and I wanted new wedding bands to celebrate our 30th anniversary, I.Gorman was where we went. They designed a wonderful pair that integrated with her engagement ring and looked just right on my finger. Since then, over more than 15 years, they have always helped me find just the pieces I want -- earrings, bracelets, necklaces -- when I want to give my wife one of her favorite kinds of gifts: "something in a small box." They are just the best.

Over many many years and plenty of fluctuations in my income, I.Gorman has never failed me. From simple sapphire earrings to the "perfect bracelet" (according to my wife) of diamonds and gold, I have never failed to find the right thing for the most important person in my life. Recently, they managed to match a pearl earring to replace one that was lost to make my wife's birthday special. And we toasted it with the sparkling wine that comes with every purchase. I can't recommend them highly enough!

One of a kind, Once in a lifetime.For years I dreamed of having a diamond necklace - something I could wear every day or dress up for a special occasion. All I can say is relationships and customer service. Adam clearly has exceptional relationships with his suppliers at a global scale. He gave me a tailored experience for an engagement ring and could not recommend his attention to detail and respectful approach enough. We’re not even based in DC! But now we have all the more reason to visit.

Can’t recommend I Gorman highly enough - from the very beginning they were very gracious, patient, and helpful. It didn’t feel transactional like many other jewelers - they truly care about their customers and are a great family-owned business. Will definitely be back!

They definitely stand behind their gorgeous products. We went back today years after buying an engagement ring from them to do some repairs and polishing. They even had a box of trinket jewelry for the kids to dig through, and a selection of nice drinks for the grown-ups. An absolute class act that should be a model for other businesses.

My husband and I purchased his wedding band at I. Gorman Jewelers back in 2010 and recently we noticed that a couple of diamonds seemed to be sunken and missing. I called iGorman and Adam Gorman answered, and he found our order and told me to ship the ring to him for repair. Today Adam called me and informed me that he soaked our wedding band in cleaner and was able to restore my husbands wedding band to like new. I will be anxiously awaiting receiving the restored wedding band and will post a photo of it once we receive it. This wedding band is not inexpensive, but I am Oh so happy that I purchased my husband's wedding band from iGorman.
