Outstanding customer service! I purchased a bottle of whiskey with a minor defect causing it to drip at the cap. They exceeded expectations by sending a driver to my house with an even more expensive replacement bottle. Great prices too. Highly recommend!

I Spent days looking for an extremely rare calvados and thought all hope was lost. Went on to their website and they said they one more in their inventory. I called the store to confirm and a person named Jared was able to help and guide me with ordering. Shipping came very fast and had the bottle in my possession in like three days. Wrapped nicely and came in one piece. Im so thankful that they had it!

Dude sits at his laptop looking busy waiting for me to say “hello” before he rings me up. Says “I’ve been abandoned”, as an excuse for poor customer service. Second time.

Product was delivered in good condition. But when I contacted them about why it had shipped when supposed to, they flat out lied and said it had. Turns out they were holding shipment because their inventory was off at time of purchase.

Impressive selection of beers, wine and whiskey. There's few places in Virginia to find obscure and rarer beer and thus HC&B has my business! Their online stock list is sometimes slow to update but considering the vast assortment of different drinks for sale it is completely understandable. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

This shop is amazing for both whiskey and wine. The prices are fair and their High West Cognac finished Barrel Pick Bourbon was AMAZING! I will definitely be going back for those hard to find bourbons.

Good beer selection even if small. They have nice Belgian beers that I can't find in other beer distributors. They have large selections of liquors and Yoh can easily spend hours in there. Prices are not the cheapest but they carry good stuff.

This awesome little shop has every kind of bottle you might be looking for. Came in for a Spanish cider and they had a couple of options which was great. Highly recommend!

Great selection of hard to find wines. I ordered 12 bottles that I couldn't find anywhere locally and had to have the order shipped. I received everything well packed and timely. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star is that the corks were all dry when received...indicating that the bottles were not stored properly.
