Kiersten was very generous with her time and knowledge, amd made us feel immediately welcome when we had our impromptu visit to the store. Very knowledgeable, kind, and she has a genuine interest in customer satisfaction. Can't expect more.

We wish we found Hitched earlier! Our experience was amazing from the moment we walked in the door.We’re engaged and planned on stopping in just to get an idea. We ended up purchasing our rings that night. This was due in large part to Kiersten. She was absolutely incredible. Kiersten was friendly, gave us recommendations, was incredibly informed and not pushy in any way! She cared more about my fiancé and I enjoying the experience, recognizing the importance of the decision, more than making a sale. Such a refreshing experience, while planning our wedding. We highly recommend Hitched!

Chris and Steph (owners) are the best! They are some of the most genuine people in the industry and we loved working with them to create our custom wedding bands. The process from start to finish was so easy and our bands are stunning. We really liked how you can engrave your partner's handwriting inside of the ring-- so unique! We would absolutely recommend to any couple looking to create special, one of a kind pieces <3

I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Stephanie, Chris and their team. I visited several large diamond stores before visiting Hitched and was immediately impressed with their attention to detail. From the beginning, Stephanie helped design the perfect engagement ring and provided a rendering and consistent email updates about the progress. It was finished earlier than expected and turned out beautiful! Wonderful experience overall!

My wife and I both got our wedding bands from Hitched and we would highly recommend them for any other couple looking for high-quality rings and excellent customer service. Everyone we’ve worked with, from the initial sizing to the ring pickup to an after-wedding resizing, has been friendly and professional. We ended up with two beautiful gold bands, one 3/4 eternity, for a surprisingly affordable price. Definitely recommend Hitched if you’re looking for a step up from the typical Brilliant Earth experience.It’s a small company, so you get great service, and they’re still constantly improving. The Georgetown location (the only one in DC) is constantly developing, with each of our follow-up visits to the store featuring several new decorations and demo stations that weren’t there before. There was also a slight delay in our ring production, which was handled in an email chain with the director of operations personally. Chris, who did both our initial sizing as well as a later resizing, is the owner of the company! If there are any bumps along the way, the owners are very involved and will go out of their way to make things right.

My fiancé and I had an amazing experience at the Hitched DC location. Chris and Stephanie were great to work with, and made the wedding band selection process an enjoyable and stress-free experience. We loved the variety of try-on options, affordable prices, customization options, and quality customer service. We ended up selecting the perfect bands for each of us and are so happy we picked Hitched!

My husband and I went to Hitched by luck, and are so happy we stumbled upon this store. Our initial visit (with the guidance of Nathalie) was magical (private showing, champagne, and helpful tips). The wedding bands are reasonably priced. There was an issue with our ring that was handled in a professional and timely manner, which made it feel like no issue at all. Great experience, store, and company - highly recommend to family/friends.

We truly could not have been happier with our experience with Hitched overall and specifically their new DC showroom. The customer service provided by Stephanie is a completely unparalleled experience. After winning a drawing for a wedding band for my husband way back in the earlier days of Hitched, we were so happy to have them on our radar. We were so delighted once we realized they had expanded their lines to include womens bands, and even more excited to learn they were opening a showroom in the DC area. We were able to get the most beautiful band on a pretty serious deadline and turnaround, all while the showroom was still under construction. We will forever be grateful supporters of Chris and Stephanie and the Hitched products and experience.

Excellent customer service, classic design, and great quality. I absolutely recommend Hitched to anyone. My fiancé and I were looking for high quality, classic wedding bands at a reasonable price point. That's exactly what we got and we could not be happier with our purchase. Although we had originally hoped to go to their DC showroom in-person, we couldn't because of delays in construction. Nevertheless, Stephanie personally saw to every other detail. She offered to make recommendations, moved stock around, personally packed and expedited shipping for our try-on boxes so that the rings arrived within a matter of days. Stephanie was courteous, responsive, and helpful in every way. We can't wait to wear our rings forever.

I'm so thrilled with my new ring, and I'm so blown away by how helpful Stephanie was! See I'm new to D.C. and ordered a ring a half size too small for me, but only have a few weeks to go before my wedding! Immediately, Stephanie offered to meet me at Hitched's new (and under construction) showroom nearby, to make sure I had the ring I wanted! That's *beyond* customer service. I'm so thankful.
