hey seem like really nice guys, but the bottom line is they assembled a faulty bike that became an unsafe one . And they avoided responsibility by ignoring my follow up requestsI appreciated Simon advising me in the beginning and helping me find the bike I really was stoked for. So I ordered a 1, 800 dollar bike, which they assembled for meHowever, off the get go the brakes would squeak whenever I went down a slight decline, and eventually it evolved to where they would lock up on me. Not something that inspires a feeling of safety.I went into the store four times with my bike, and they would look at it each time and do a small adjustment attempting to troubleshoot the problem. Then I would bike away and the issue would still be there....After the 4 visits, I sent a series of emails to the head mechanic asking about next steps, but I eventually went to another bike shop, who reached out to the manufacturer to replace the whole braking system.

This used to be Grace Street Coffee Roasters x High Road Cycling, but seems like Grace Street is now in a different location. However, there is still a cafe here! There's not a whole lot of seating, but it was pretty empty this past Tuesday morning. I thought the interior was pretty cold, despite wearing a long sleeve+vest.CAPPUCCINO - 5.46+0.75 for oat milk. Cappuccinos are small to begin with, but I felt ripped off paying almost 5.50 (base price) for this. It was a decent cappuccino, though. The espresso shines through.JASMINE PEARLS TEA - 5.75Loose leaf tea from MEM Tea Imports. The tea was strong and pretty high quality and they brew it fresh for you in a nice tea set.. However, it's still not worth paying this much for a small teapot.PROSCIUTTO SANDWICH - 17.25Really not worth it. The pieces of prosciutto were really thin and hardly noticeable among the other ingredients. I did really enjoy the balsamic vinegar and the super crispy/fresh ciabatta. There's also a side of mixed springs. The sandwich was fine, but really overpriced.Overall, the food and drink here are above average, but extremely overpriced -- especially the food. Cute cafe, but I wouldn't recommend getting anything more than a drink here, though.

Great place. Great food, very tasty. A bit expensive for my liking but that's Georgetown for ya. Parking is of course a hassle. Definitely great coffee.

Ordered a quinoa and farro bowl for 17(!) dollars. Funnily enough, it barely contained any quinoa or farro and was actually just a pile of rucula. Very disappointed :(Vegetarian options: Unfortunately, the bowl was not at all as I imagined.

Rating solely based on ambience and location. Off the beaten trail Cafe with charm of Georgetown before overrun by cars. This cafe on quiet safe side street just south of canal with food and coffee menu.Staff is friendly. There's also a bicycle store.

We have always enjoyed dropping by with friends after a ride; however, our visit two weekends ago is my last ordering food (I couldn't order coffee as the machine was broken). It is clear that quality and care from the kitchen has completely left the building with staff departures. Service has been spotty for the last few months (we have been there pretty much every weekend), but it seems that they are having a difficult time retaining their better servers. You can't order inside and sit outdoors, but it is nearly impossible to get service at outdoor tables. Very frustrating as we really enjoy this spot for post ride coffee and food.

Made a service appointment online that was confirmed by the shop and paid a fee up front. Showed up and bike shop was closed with no sign, no contact information, and Cafe staff didn't have any answers. I took time out of my workday to get there and there's no way to reach anyone. I definitely want my fee back and probably never coming back. If you can't manage the most basic business management tasks, no way I would trust this business with my bike.

Good place to grab a coffee, setup and work, order some breakfast or lunch and leave satisfied.I typically find an open seat and sometimes get lucky with a plug option. The staff is very friendly and nice. Things come out quick and sometimes when I order food, the portions are big and the taste is good. This is my go to spot for laptop work during the week.

This was my first time going to this establishment. I currently work in Georgetown. I went in and was not greeted. I had to ask where to order. When I figured it out the employee never stated they would be right with me just left me standing there. After 5 minutes I walked out. I felt racially discriminated against. Never going back.
