2/3 of the products purchased here were leaking or broken. 2 day return window. Shame i can’t just purchase reliable puffers. Delightful staff thoEdit since the owner replied: you have me confused with someone else, i called and said I could return it on monday (purchased Saturday) and you said it was too late.EDIT 2: i got my money back after fighting with the cashier who was on the phone. He said the window was 1 day returns (this is sunday after the purchase on Saturday). it was only after i started showing other customers the defective product that they gave my money back. Will not return..

Not professional at all. I usually got to GT vapes around the same area but they were closed one night I finished work late and really wanted to smoke so decided to try Havana. Bought a cartridge ($35.99) which was supposedly “the best quality”,came home to try it and the way it not only burned my throat but also the wax was coming through the cart and got stuck on my lip (defective piece). Went back a day after to return it with the box and cover as i bought it and showed them the wax stuck on the tip.I told them i am willing to pay price difference to get something better quality, They said they will give me better quality one. But after taking the payment ($50) for the better quality one, i asked them if this was the price difference? Because thats a-lot for price difference, and they tell me.. “NO, you have to take both because this broken one is of no use to us anymore”. So basically i will have to pay for the broken cart even if i only took one hit from it to try, and also get the other “better quality” one from them for $50! I asked them to refund me for the one i just got and they start getting rude. Long story short, just open the cart box in-front of them and try it before you go home to see if its broken or leaking because they are not trustworthy, not even understanding when its a default/broken piece, otherwise pay for something you cant even use. Try GT vapes on wisconsin next to them, they are way more honest and have great stuff! Never coming back here again though thats FOR SURE

Skip this place. The workers here are dope (at first) but not the products. It’s the only place I’ve been where I’ve taken a puff immediately outside the door, found out it was burnt and was denied an exchange. I thought it was just that one product, but I’ve gotten many here that are burnt with workers that fight any exchange. Literally walk 5 minutes up Wisconsin Ave and you’ll find 2 more shops that understand sometimes it’s the manufacturers fault. There is nothing to trust about this shop. And if you don’t believe me, yes, they really blew through the bottom of the vape to see if I really was telling the truth even though I asked for a different vape of the exact flavor and brand.

Rude .. 4 for a .99 wraps zig zag means 4 for .99 cents but charge 3.49 and disrepect customers when being educated about it ........ better off going somewhere else .

Total scam shop! Last night 11/4, 2 African-American men were working the desk and I asked to look at resonable priced vaping pens. I was shown 4, when I asked for eperience they pointed me to the Ooze Tanker, $45? When I purchased and got home I checked the internet for mail order which would be $30 from the manufactures website... Difference of $15 or 1/3rd the price discount from the manufactors website OR 50% markup on items. They refused to refund the item when I returned the next day within 24 hours unused & in the box with receipt, "absolutely no refunds allowed!" What bull is that? This is America and I can let the world know that this j*** will loose more than $15 on that mistake... I intend to paste this review for "HAVANA MAX in DC" everywhere I get a chance, because the jerks that wouldn't let me refund this Ooze will loose much more in lost business because all who read this review will go elsewhere for business.
