frances the most rudest customer service lady at self check out ive ever met wouldnt greet nor acknowledge you would rather text in your face until you called her attention i dont know how she got hired for your company , then when she was called out on her rudeness she said she was getting off ina few… since is this harris teetees customer service . ive witness this disrespectfulnes with multiple customers who werent from african american decent need better employees

This store seems like they have a lot going on. Starting of by on my very first day working here just as I walked through the door I was followed by their security into the bathroom and I was told to leave the store simply because security thought I was a thief.
Fast forward that I’ve quickly noticed that this store has a tendency of yelling at some of their employees in-front of costumers and cause unnecessary scenes infront the costumers instead of talking to them in a more professional manner or privately. Some of their managers also seem to based your performance based on if they like you in a personal level. And will lie to throw you under the bus behind your back.
From what I was told they will get away it because they been there for too long and are good at their basic life skills job. You will definitely not miss some type of drama everyday working at this location. Never in all my years of working have I quit out of a job and walk out mid shift but this location managed to make me do that. If your coming in as a costumer besides not getting harassed or accused of stealing by security I’d say you might have a decent experience because they are some employees there that are actually very nice. Would definitely not recommend working here tho as a young person and find something better.

I highly recommend NEVER shopping at this particular location. This location is the only one that consistently reminds me why I haven’t been back in a while. This is about the 3rd time I’ve shopped there and was followed relentlessly for absolutely no reason. The bored security guards and miserable employees don’t even try to hide the fact that they’re following you from one aisle to the next. I couldn’t even shop comfortably. I was shopping with someone and we checked out at self checkout literally right in front of the employee and we even needed her help. We paid and as soon as we walked to the elevator a woman pretending to clean the dirty tables eagerly asked to see our receipt and verbatim said ignorantly“why yall acting like yall stealing” in a joking tone once she saw our receipt. That was completely unnecessary and they have a ridiculous tendency of following black customers like we all steal. Shame on me for going back but today was definitely my last time. They need to spend more time clearing those aisles of safety hazards because of all those boxes blocking the already narrow space and stocking those empty shelves because the store was deserted and that time could’ve been used doing something useful to the store’s productivity. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods would never treat paying customers this way.

I love this location, I get my bucket chicken, deviled eggs and Mac and cheese from here. Plus other things, but these are my stapled items. The lady that works Tuesday/ Thursday behind the counter is my heart. Always look forward to seeing her

Clean. Great variety. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Parking garage is free for the 1st 2hrs. The ramps to go in and out of the garage are tight.

What's up with the new security asking for the receipt to mark it at each exit in the last few days? It's inconvenient, but it isn't the issue, the issue that the employee doing this is very rude, first time I was "asked" in s very rude manner, I thought maybe the guy had a bad day, but then in two days I visited the store again, and he was even ruder. What's happened?

The man who attended the pharmacy, on April 20, 2024 at 11:40 am, made us repeat the medical formula, when he had the new formula, he threw the paper at us, he did not hand it over and when we did the complaint about why he had thrown away the paper, he already told us that it was because they did not have that medicine in stock. Rude and disrespectful the gentleman and the inefficient colleague. The worst of the worst ?

This is my third time at this location and each time I was followed throughout the store by an employee. Every single aisle I went to there goes the employee watching me. I noticed that he wasn't doing this to any of the other customers so I was definitely signaled out. The last time I felt so uncomfortable that I ended up putting my stuff back and not buying anything. Why would I spend my money someplace that is obviously profiling me. Even though this store is convenient to me I will no longer shop there.

Employees repeatedly demonstrated discrimination upon verification of foreign ID for alcohol purchase. My French official and valid ID wasn’t accepted by the cashier. Please Harris Teeter management do better and train your employees by showing them foreign IDs that look different to american ones.

Worse experience in a grocery store in the US. Didn't accept official French ID "it could be a fake one" I was told. Then, picture on passport "doesn't look like me" (the same that was approved my entrance in the US).
