Do you want to get charged for random things you didn't get? Do you want to hold your breath for 6 months as your insurance disputes them? Quick book here now. No one will pick up the phone and if they do they are rude and incompetent.

This is probably the worst place to see a doctor in DC. I only go there in emergency because it's the closest to where I live. NO ONE ever answers the phone and when I get there in person, I find that it is not crowded and the person at the reception plays on her smartphone. So it's not that they are busy. Still, they refuse to help and I usually end up in some "urgent care" facility in te neighborhood. The doctors change all the time, so you cannot establish a relationship with any one. In all: if you can find any other place, skip this one.

Smh. There is no ZERO RATING SO they get a one star. Just leaving a sign on the door, like a mom and pop store is not sufficient. Simply changing your phone messages saves people time and money traveling So damn unprofessional. Should just close it down until you're ready to do business correctly. .

Can't seem to retain staff (have gone through 3 primary care providers in the past ~2 years), difficult to get a hold of on the phone or through online portal, and not easy to get urgent care in a timely manner.

I will be going elsewhere for medical services moving forward.TL/DR: Make sure if you go, you are very clear with the doctor and staff about the purpose of the appointment and how they are coding it in the system.I scheduled my yearly physical online through the patient portal, but because the doctor I usually see had left, they scheduled my appointment with a new doctor. When I arrived, I was expecting my physical, but since this is the first time I'm seeing this doctor, I had to do a "meet and greet" and schedule the physical for another day. This was not mentioned to me before the appointment.Disheartened because I had taken time off work and didn't have time to come back because I was traveling, I asked if we could do the physical like originally planned and the doctor was very kind and agreed.I had completed the patient forms the night before my appointment, listing all the items I wanted to discuss during my physical, and during the visit I brought up these concerns. I also brought up a concern based on the previous year’s physical results and wanted to keep an eye on the blood work – and do the same blood work we did the year before because it was covered within my yearly preventative care appointment. The doctor and staff were very kind throughout all of this. The reason I will not be coming back is what happened after the appointment.I was a little upset to find out that my physical, that is covered under my insurance, was coded incorrectly – thus charging me over $200. When I called my insurance to dispute the claim, they informed me that I needed to call GW and ask them to resubmit the claim under a different billing code for “preventative care - physical.”I called GW and their argument was that I brought up “other items/concerns” that were “outside of the scope of the physical.” I have been getting my annual physical for the past 6 years, and for every appointment the doctor asks me if there are any concerns/issues I want to discuss – and every year, since this is the only time I see my doctor, I bring a little list of items to make sure I am okay and that everything is normal.Everything I brought up with this doctor was ALREADY in my “My Chart” account and already on file.Additionally, the bloodwork that should have been covered under my physical (and was covered last year), was coded completely different as well – charging me another fee for this. The doctor never mentioned that anything I was saying was “outside” of the typical physical – our discussion was very conversational and from my past experiences, how was I supposed to know otherwise? Everything that was happening during this appointment was on par with my previous experiences. When I asked if I could get their response in writing, they refused to send me anything detailing why they are denying my claim. And when I asked how I can prevent this in the future so I know what is truly covered under a “physical” they couldn’t give me an answer or even explain to me the “scope of a physical.” And when I asked if I could at least speak to someone who could answer my questions and explain my point of view of the situation – their response was “The decision is final and there isn’t anything else you can do.”

Pleasant staff, but I was left waiting for over 2 hours while they tried to locate the x-ray technician. I arrived a bit early for my 8:30am appointment and I am STILL waiting for an update from the staff on the tech’s arrival.

Hours are INCORRECT on your front door. You’re not even open, no one is answering the phone. Main office says to call office manager Stephanie Chrisp. Shame on you !!!This is an urgent care clinic. Are you people serious ?

I have been coming here for several years and in the past have had positive experiences with providers (none of whom practice here any more). Unfortunately, as others have mentioned, the quality of healthcare offered at this location has really declined. The providers are not knowledgeable, patient care seems an afterthought, and, disturbingly, the facility is lacking when it comes to cleanliness.

I want to say i was treated with top tier service soon as I stepped into the clinic, the young man at the front desk that was training the young lady both provided superior customer service. Both were very polite and extremely helpful . I was able to get an appointment to establish care at this clinic within the same week. I thankful to have care at my finger tips from people that care.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They’re not open during their stated hours of operation. They don’t take walk-ins and are scheduling 2 months out. Not so “urgent” care. Moreover, when I have been seen here I’ve had to insist on proper testing because the physicians didn’t believe me, only for them to have to stand corrected. No apologies.
