Car towed to shop after start failure and all arrangements by phone. Saw good reviews but always a chance of “bad.” Called with diagnosis — confirming mine. Starter needed replacing. Done, in good time, at good price exactly as quoted. Full service, not just body shop. I’ll be back almost certainly just for routine...
