I've worked with Graham twice now, first on a condo and then a single family home. Always great. He's on top of it, not pushy with you, but definitely gets what needs done with everyone else. What's great about Graham is that he spends time up front helping determine what your goals are, and then laser-focuses your search on properties that tick those boxes. With the market being ever so difficult to navigate these last few years, Graham filters out the noise and distractions. When that perfect property comes along, he springs into action to make sure that no deadline is missed, no opportunity overlooked, and no issue avoided. I was very pleased with my experience working with Graham! As a first-time homebuyer, I found him to be flexible with my changing requirements during my home search but he also provided additional resources and insight throughout the entire process. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make decisions, and it was very clear from the beginning that he was more interested in getting me into the right home, than leading me to something that didn't match my budget and needs.We worked together a year ago and he still checks in to see if I am happy with the purchase. I highly recommend working with him!

I used Graham as my agent for my home purchase. I had previously worked with him for an investment property purchase, but this deal was trickier. We found the perfect home the second time we went out looking, and it was clear that it was popular. We did the inspection prior to writing the contract so we could write one with no contingencies. We ended up beating 5 other offers, and got the perfect home! Definitely couldn’t have done it without Graham’s expertise and advise. I definitely recommend him whether you are buying your starter home, forever home, or just a place to hopefully bring you a little extra income.

Graham was a homerun! Patient, organized, and resourceful. This was our 6th home purchase – while home buying is often taxing, Graham’s balanced approach allowed for a smooth experience. In addition, his knowledge of D.C. market nuances and his insight into remodels and construction were spot on. Graham is anti-pressure and is more than just an agent. He can spot problems, highlight rental option and goes well beyond just walking you around. We looked for several months with several offers and he was a total pro each step of the way.

My husband and I bought our first house with Graham and we are SO happy we did! My husband and I were not looking for the same things in a house and also not interested in the same neighborhoods. Graham was VERY patient with us, helped us to find a compromise. We have been living in our house for over a year and both my husband and I are really happy with our choices. Graham was always available to answer our questions and go to see a house a few hours after it was on the market. Graham was also great with the buying process. He is a smart and knowledgeable agent. For example, he added a COVID clause in our contract which was useful to give us more time to make a final decision when the interest rates increase a lot overnight. He also introduced us to a great lender, home inspector and contractors. We highly recommend Graham!

Graham helped us navigate extremely high-paced and competitive DC market to find a home. We were one of those clients had to see a lot of different houses to find the one that was "perfect" for us. Graham was very patient with us through the entire year and half process focusing on making sure that we got what we wanted. Not only he helped us with our purchase, but to also get out of a contract that we rushed into because we "just wanted a home". Once we found a place that we liked, Graham was instrumental in helping us get through the closing process, which based on the experience, can be very stressful with a lot of things that could go wrong. He walked us though all the paperwork that had to be signed to ensure we understand it and was there for us for any questions, including things that are outside of a domain for a typical realtor. Graham is extremely knowledgeable in many aspects of DC real estate and helped us with renovation advice, finding contractors, etc. We would 100% use Graham again for any real estate related needs.
