Came into this location less than a month ago for an oil change and other service. Was having some power issues in my vehicle and took it to the shop where I was told my oil level was really low. I asked them if their were any leaks and they said no. I asked them why would the oil be low if I just had it the vehicle serviced and was told they didn't top the oil off. No more janky shops for me!

They charged me $185.88 for a diagnostic I Told them the problem when I walked in. The man said since he saw that problem he didn't so anything further. But my warranty insurance wanted them to do 29 point inspection. The owner said that is done with every check. Didn't happen. :-(

I've had my car serviced by Goodyear for brakes and an oil change. Service was great each time. My only complaint is if standing in line behind someone waiting to be seen, no one greets you or say "May I help you " or " we'll be with you in a moment". At least acknowledge that you see me.
