I think Giant food Pharmacy more efficient then Safeway Pharmacy Naylor Road Southeast Safeway the phone and answer a lot faster and more precise with prescription and you know they just could be a little bit more patient I think have real quick staff and more of them can hand the situation it's prescription drugs probably one of the best in Washington dc area thank you

They are unprofessional and trifling in that pharmacy department, It didn’t used to be like that until they hired them new young girls . They don’t know what they are doing . They would answer the phones and automatically hand up you can hear someone picking up the phone and hanging up.

I just left giant on Alabama Avenue SE to pick up my prescription and and the cashier a young girl name Cheree was so RUDE and unpleasant. She kept leaving the register and walking away. Fifteen minutes later after I got my meds. I gave another name for pick up and she said to me, (you should had told me both names at once). My response was if you would have stop walking away talking to everybody else back there and taken care of what you get pay for I would have.Then she said do you have anybody else, cousin niece, friend aunt that you are picking up for. So unprofessional and disrespectful

This place is so ghetto. The entire grocery store stinks of weed and the shelves are ransacked. Medicine isle didn't have anything at all. Meat isles empty... people are rude and loud for no reason. I wish I took a picture of how sad this place is

Ever need your medicine TODAY? DONT SEND IT TO THIS GIANT PHARMACY‼ The ppl there are just on the clock consuming your insurance information. My sons dr sent off his prescription around 3. After giving it hours to be ready I proceed to this raggedy giant at 6:30pm to stand in line for 30 mins just for them to tell me they don't have it scoot over to the side. 5 mins later the MANAGER takes my personal number and tells me it'll be an hour wait she'll call me back. Take a wild guess if she called back?? I wouldn't be writing this review. Meanwhile my sons need his ointment expeditiously ‼

One of the worst pharmacy experiences I've had (worse than the worst CVS I have been to). I had my prescriptions sent in and they lost them. I had them resent in, and they didn't start working on them until I arrived at the counter, and they weren't even sure if they could dispense them. This was after I had already been to the counter earlier in the day to drop off some additional prescriptions. I spent 4x as much time here as I would have at any other pharmacy I have been to.

If I could give no starts I would currently sitting on hold for the forth time since 6pm and I tell the lady that and she asks for the birthday and then puts me on hold again and leaves me in hold

The pharmacists there are overworked and unfortunately have to deal with a lot of disgruntled customers. Nevertheless, they are kind and patient and always greet you with a smile. Dr. Afoma Nwizu in particular took the time to call several nearby pharmacies so she can find a pharmacy that carried my prescription in stock. I commend all the pharmacists here for their professionalism and warm spirits! They deserve an award.

I work in a healthcare facility and this pharmacy clearly leaves their phones off the hook. I will not cease until I have reported this pharmacy to Giant corporate and to the state BOP for their negligence and blatant, intentional endangerment of patients through their shoddy business practices.
