Only in the negro community. They do the most in the stores. I patriot this store right after work. I had my luggage with me Because I carry my books in my luggage. The special police officer who was at the front entrance dog on near tackled me about my luggage, stating that I could not come into that establishment with my luggage. I didn't see the sign, But that's not the point only in the black community they do the most! And when I tried to talk to customer service The Special police officer wouldn't allow it. They( Giant) need to change this policy because it's not like this at all the Giant(s) just in the negro community. And when you go to the self-checkout the machine Keep having you call for help such an inconvenience from the time you enter the store to the time you trying to exit

Went into this giant store for the first time to shop and my check out experience was horrible. The young lady’s attitude was deplorable (her name was Kennat) and she really needs to work on her customer service, especially if this is the line of work that you are involved in. The guy before me had spilled sugar and flour all over the belt, and I had simply asked her to clean the belt before I put my items on; she refused, and said I’m going to keep the line up that it’s ‘just flour and sugar’. Since I didn’t want to cause any problems I just said ok, she didn’t seem friendly AT ALL! As I was finished unloading everything out of my cart and on to the belt, I proceeded to try to assist in packing my groceries into bags to speed up the process a little, the young lady (Kennat) pushed my hands away and told me that she doesn’t like people touching ‘her’ bags. She was pregnant, so at first I was thinking it was just a bad day, but every time she was disrespectful and I ignored she did it again, more worse. Please FIND BETTER CHECK OUT CLERKS!!! No one needs to have the experience I had with Kennat! No one, especially first time customers! Her attitude, demeanor and customer service was below poor and I will not shop at this branch again!

The store has healthy choices you could find at whole foods. The employees are nice. The UPS boxes outside are convenient for receiving packages but they should be much closer to the store entrance, giving customers more security. No one would notice in time if someone tried to steal a package and ran off down the stairs, at the end of the sidewalk. Giant has dieticians that will give you healthy shopping tours to help improve food choices. The pharmacy staff is nice.
