Extremely disappointing. I took a urine sample for urinalysis to my dog's first (and only) appointment at the Georgetown Vet. At that appointment, I was handed a receipt for the required prepayment I made, and no one informed me that I had to pay for the urinalysis separately or there was any additional charge for anything. I waited almost a week without hearing back before calling them for the urinalysis results. (I had been told that Dr. Morgan would call me within 3 days with the result.) When I finally called, I was told in a "who cares" kind of manner that the urinalysis was never done because I hadn't paid for it. They said they left me a voice mail which I never received. Again, my bad. Really! I was told that I would have to bring another urine sample and approve payment for the test. Thankfully my dog did not need immediate results from the test as I was there for a second opinion and my pet is under another vet's care. However, I am shocked that Dr. Morgan's clinic staff were so inefficient and neglectful. Only one attempt to follow-up and let me know what had happened (about a mistake on THEIR part with a new client) was sufficient and the end of their responsibility as far as their client care is concerned. Warning: If you take your pet there, make sure you closely question the staff to ensure they are doing their jobs properly.

We’ve been taking our cats to Dr. Morgan since late 2006. He’s got a terrific instinct and practices true integrated care. When we got our new kittens, we were thrilled to introduce them to Dr. Morgan as well.

Dr. Morgan is very professional and nice. He knows how to handle your dog and he also is considerate with the cost of some treatments so, before giving you a prescription for your dog he gives you options.

Dr. Morgan and his team are awesome! They treated my cat with kindness and answered all my questions which I really appreciated as a first time cat owner. They also assisted me with transferring my cat’s microchip at no cost, which was so kind. I highly reccomend them!

Always great experience! Took my dog Mochi here for almost 7 years. The staffs genuinely kind and love my dog. I love every vets here since they have taken care of Mochi at least once. Dr. Stone is exceptional!!! They always welcoming, even after me and Mochi moved out of Cville. Highly recommended this place!!

Dr. Morgan and the staff at Georgetown Vet Hospital are the absolute best people. Dr. Morgan treats my old pup Beef with a kindness and compassion like Beef was his own. He spends time to explain all options, answer all of my questions, and truly make me feel like Beef is cared for. Without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Morgan to anybody with an animal in the DMV area.Hands down the best business in DC – out of all the restaurants, bars, shops, you name it.
