My experience at 4 eyes on L Street, NW was grandtastic. The ladies that ran the show was stunning.I went for an eye exam and a few pair of frames. I had a virtual experience with the Dr. that was better then exams I had with a Dr. live and personal. Job well done ladies. U mos def have a customer for life.

I highly recommend this place. There was a high turnover of employees in the past, but now, under the new management, it has improved its services. It is a professional and very helpful place. Kudos to Siera and the ladies there.

The staff were a bit stand offish when i walked in but they were nice and helpful. My exam was quick and the staff made sure i got the best service. I would recommend them to anyone in need of eye care.

Had a 3:30pm appointment today but I was told I could come in early which was very helpful. First, let me apologize because I didn’t get any of the ladies names working on this snowy day, but EVERY ONE of them was very professional, courteous, helpful and kind. The manager was very polite, patient when assisting the young lady who served me. I’m glad I went to this location on L St NW and I definitely will make this my store for glasses going forward.

Amazing!!! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted….they all had smiles on their faces and treated me like family even helped me pick out my glasses!! I can’t wait to go back. Absolutely loved my experience today
