Folger Shakespeare Library is the world’s largest Shakespeare collection, the ultimate resource for exploring Shakespeare and his world. During a multi-year renovation beginning in early 2020, public access to our historic building on Capitol Hill will be restricted, but Folger programs and events will continue at other locations in Washington, DC, and around the country.
