I loved working with Floors on 14th for my entire one-bedroom apartment. Initially I hired them to do my bedroom, and once that was completed, I simply HAD to do the rest of the apartment because of the fantastic job they did.The business was recommended by a friend of mine and she couldn't have a better experience as well. I stopped in and spent 45 minutes chatting with the sales associate learning about the different types of woods and "character" types. I am a pretty indecisive person, so I was trying to gather as much information as possible. The sales associate understood my preferences pretty quickly and showed me a couple of different woods that fit the design and energy I was going for. The knowledge, support and 1:1 attention meant a lot to me. In fact, I loved learning from and spending time with the sales associate and owner so much that I came to the store three times to look at different woods and determine what I wanted. They helped me at every step - and were very patient!Once I decided on a wood, the installation was pretty easy and smooth. I was always in contact with the owner and the installation team. The work itself was wonderful. It came out better than I could have imagined. I am so pleased with the results - it completely transformed the space. The floor is the foundation of this space and design story, so I am super excited to make this apartment a home.

Excellent experience. Kaveh was very responsive and genuinely wanted to working together to make sure I was happy with the floors I selected. I had some delays in my larger remodeling project and Kaveh was extremely flexible with scheduling and services offered. I will of course be returning to Floors on 14th in the future.

I purchased the Provenza, Antico Heritage Collection -Hevea Hardwood floors for my home in 2019. I have been so happy with my purchase. I am selling my home after 4 years. I have received wonderful reviews of how beautiful the flooring is throughout my home and staircase. I am so happy with my purchase and investment. I am selling my home now and visitors are impressed with the flooring and have given me positive reviews for how beautiful the flooring is...THANK YOU FLOORS on 14TH!

Floors on 14th carpeted our basement. Wow were they fast and reasonable! We had a minor issue largely due to my being absent the day of the work and they came back to fix it no questions asked. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Kaveh Rad is the owner and he is a kind, respectful, very knowledgeable and decent person to work with. He scheduled the site visit within 2-days; arrived on time and understood the scope of work completely. A clear, complete and reasonable estimate was provided within 24-hrs. I was able to meet with him the next day and we further defined the scope and he was fair with the pricing and able to reduce the cost. Scheduling the project was easy, exactly the day & week we wanted. His crew arrived on-time, were courteous, worked hard and completed the job on time. Everything looked great and the space was left clean afterwards. I highly recommend Floors on 14th.Scope: Basement Floor Replacement, remove existing engineered floor and replace with luxury vinyl plank (LVP). Re-tighten and shore-up basement steps.

We had such a great experience with Kaveh and Floors on 14th. After a bad dishwasher flood, we had to have all floors redone. Guillermo, Felix and Amikar were the consummate professionals. They redid work themselves they didn’t fully 100 percent like in different lighting. We are left with sensational floors. Kaveh was patient and answered all our questions and followed up with us regularly. No one should have to deal with floods but Kaveh made the process smooth and he has a great showroom. Ask for the above team. In a new home, we will ask for them again without a doubt! They moved everything in our apartment carefully and lovingly like it was their own. A++++ and 10 out of 10.

Did a beautiful install job in my condo in Logan Circle. The owner Kaveh was even able to find an error in the manufacture's installation guide which would have resulted in having to redo the floors. The manufacture actually updated their installation guide as a result and I have a great floor that will last years. Thanks!!

My experience was a long but great one. I started my flooring journey by going to multiple flooring vendors in the DMV and comparing products and pricing. I was a bit intimidated by Floors on 14th because of it's location, but this shouldn't be the case for anyone because I had a wonderful experience working with the team. I ordered floors and they were back ordered so I decided to wait for them to come in. The team kept me up to date on if there were any updates about the floors, which made me feel confident that they really cared about my flooring project even though it is just for a small Washington DC apartment (600 sq ft). The floors were back ordered for about a year in which I gave up and went back to Floors on 14th where they had chosen all comparable products to walk me through and allowed me to take home to see how they looked in the space. When the floors came in they turned it around immediately and installed exactly what I needed. This included installing on an angle in the room, installing horizontal in a room, and custom baseboards. Everything was done to perfection and I absolutely would work with them again. Best in business!! 10/10.

I initially hired Floors on 14th to do a full install of new hardwood flooring in addition to some bathroom renovations. After signing a contract, my girlfriend and I decided to increase the scope of work and ended up hiring a general contractor. I asked Kaveh if he would be okay with simply providing the materials and have my contractor take on the installation, which he was more than willing to accommodate. I was worried at first because I had already provided a deposit ($17K) well in excess of the cost of the flooring ($7K). Kaveh promptly refunded me what was owed without hesitation.Their professionalism and responsiveness was greatly appreciated, I would feel comfortable hiring them on my next job.Travis
