Stopped by to ship multiple packages and take passport photos. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and most importantly...fast. Ann Marie and Michael W. absolutely rock!! They have raised the bar for all FedEx locations.

Came here late Saturday evening for book binding (unbind a book and put a spiral binging on). Anne-Marie was fantastic! Very nice, answered all of my questions, and worked quickly. There was an issue with the machine on the second book—not only did she call around for help, but also offered to reimburse me for the book if she couldn’t fix it. Really great customer service and I will come back again. The store is small and seems to offer the basics.

I have always used fedex, especially this location, to send bags over to repair in new jersey and I have never had a problem until know. The lady (don't remember her name to report her) did not have the patience to understand me or to walk me through the process of how the shipping works. When I told her to give me my stuff back she just told me I was being rude when clearly I was just stressed and preoccupied and did not understand and walked off to another costumer without addressing the issue. Then she commented on the fact that I am not a native english speaker. Why do you feel the need to say that? That is not the reason for my misunderstanding. Fedex you should train your staff on how to treat costumers with the respect they deserve, no matter the language they speak. Extremely inconsiderate and rude.

I had to leave with my job open. The worst experience ever in a Fedex! Not coming back.

I had no issues with this FedEx in DC. While I was there last Thursday, a song I really liked came on the speakers but I haven't been able to find it. It was a song with a female singer that mentions thoughts running through a head.

I had a very positive experience here printing, binding, and shipping some legal briefs. Helpful staff. They helped me print the first and last pages of each brief on green paper, for example.

I came to this store in order to print 2 documents on September 8, 2020, around 10am. There were 2 employees working at the counter and I was the only customer. After about 10 minutes of trying to figure out the printing process, I asked for help. One of the employees came over and told me I did it wrong, punched a few keys and walked away. I felt silly because I still could not figure out how to get the document from my cell phone to the printer. I asked for help again and she put down her cell phone and came to help me - but she was clearly unhappy. I told her that I was sorry to be bothering her but that this was customer service. She raised her hand to my face and told me not to disrespect her. After she left, the printer had an error message and so I had to ask for help a third time. She told the other associate (Nicole) to help me. Nicole was very helpful and I was able to get my job done fairly quickly after that. I don't understand why the other employee had such a negative demeanor - I really felt like I had done something wrong by asking her to help me use the service that they are providing.
