Literally go anywhere else. They charge a package handling fee of minimum 10 dollars to take a pre labeled and pre taped package. You can drop your package for free at the location on 7th street and at the Walgreens near metro center. Fees like this at a normal staffed location should not be allowed.

Warning! It cost an extra $10 handling fee at this location because it is inside a hotel. You can drop it off at nearby locations for free.

This location charges charges an an extra $10 fee because it’s in a hotel and it was tough to get service. Walk the few extra blocks to a better location.

I have returned packages with Fedex several times at different locations and never paid for the print or a package fee. They charged me for the packages and informed me about this AFTER scanning the 2 deliveries. I give them 2 stars only because the guy was all alone and the place was busy.. otherwise I would give this place a one star.

Worst FedEx experience of my life. They charge a HANDLING FEE that they didn’t tell me about in advance. Awful service and DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TOTALLY RIPPED OFF.

Go to any other fed ex if you can. They charge you extra $10-25 because it’s inside a hotel. The staff was nice and explained it well to me though.

Service very bad, slow. In addition they have African American lady who was very rude unprofessional towards me, when she knew my name is mohamed. I am a medical doctor staying at Grand Hyatt because attending a conference in which I am a speaker. She keeps ignoring me and when any white American steps in, she leaves me and go to help them. Very bad experience. She kept sending me back and forth several times because they are short of staff. I had to go to hotel manager to ask for help, because I needed my package for my flight.# (Not recommended FedEx at Grand Hyatt Washington DC)

Staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgable. They took care of my project and delivered on-time with attention to detail. (full disclosure: I am not in DC; however, my document needed to be delivered to a local client, and this location was convenient to them.) I appreciate all the attention this FedEx Office team took in making sure my document was produced as expected and on time.
