Myniah was exceptionally kind and helpful. I didn’t even know the name of what I was asking for when I called and she helped me tremendously. She helped me make sure my images were of a high enough resolution and that I had everything I needed for the banner to come out out. When I picked up my order, she was so kind and helpful. Crystal was also very helpful and kind. It was a delight to work with such wonderful staff.

Absolutely avoid this place. The staff is incredibly rude, charging me without completing the task. FedEx, it’s time to reassess your employees and management. This is truly shameful.

Idk why this location has so few stars! I made multiple huge, complex orders from out-of-state and picked them up for an important work event. CJ was a delight and they packed everything up so well. All over Labor Day weekend!! DC folks—loosen up.

I usually love this place, fast and convenient for sending online document printing. But today I waited for 45 minutes for an already paid order while the manager spent the entire 45 minutes with one customer. Three people have walked out because they weren’t acknowledged as the waiting in line with no help. Unacceptable customer service, management, and attitude from the manager Stacey.

I sent a package internationally on March 27, for which I paid $298.04 and was told it would arrive at the destination on April 5. By April 10, the package was still sitting in the airport in the country of destination and then the next day it was returned to my address in Washington. When I asked for money back, the Fedex human robot at the end of the phone line repeated that I don't qualify, since there was no contact information provided in the invoice. I'm sorry, but WHOSE JOB IS IT TO TAKE DOWN THE NECESSARY INFORMATION? It is certainly not my job but the job of the Fedex store employee who didn't do it.

The woman behind the counter was not able to do a task I specifically came to this store for under a specific timeline that I called and confirmed with the store prior to coming here. She then got an attitude when I was reasonably upset because she was extremely unhelpful. She helped every BUT me after that, taking no more than a half an hour with each customer because she had no idea where anything was or what to do at this store. How is that beneficial to your customers? Customer service here is TERRIBLE

I went in there today to drop off some packages. The girl working there acted like I was intruding on her time. However it could be something else so I understand the holidays are difficult but let’s all try to have more patience . PS I always tip on the holidays so I’ll try again before they are over.
