Anita is an angel! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She went above and beyond to assist me with packing a foldable bike. She was creative and thoughtful. Business card prints came out great. I was in and out in 1 minute to pick up, and in that one minute the woman helping me was exceedingly friendly and welcoming

Dropped off a phone to send back to google - easy, efficient, and fast. They do all the things that a Fed Ex shop normally does but also h e capabilities for printing almost anything you can imagine.

Fast service, friendliest people you will ever work with. One time I was in a bind and needed name tags. They were out but went above and beyond to help me find another location that could produce the order for me at the end of the day. Other orders from this location have been great too.

First time I went here was today. Website said it was open. Door was locked. No one there. Sign on door said back in 10min. They were not. Bad first impression

Placed an order for an event. Went to pick up order at 4pm for a 6pm event, and despite the confirmation clearly giving the date and time for pick up, the associate told me I was there on the wrong day, that our order would be ready the next day. (the wrong day? How can Fed Ex not know the current date?)She was also unwilling to at least print out 1 copy of each document so I could manually print the order. Now, I see my credit card has still not been credited for the cancelled order.If you need something for a time-sensitive event, I wouldn't trust this store.
