You have a 50% or less of getting good help here at this location. I went in last week to have laminating done. The staff were nice, friendly, placed my order. I chose to leave & return 30 minutes later for pick up all was great. Today I arrived just after 5 pm to send a Fed-Ex package. I was the only customer in the store. 2 staff were there. I went to the window for packages. No one there. So I moved to print section. I explained. She said you're in the right place. I moved over. She said nothing. No one offered. I waited. Then I moved back to staff. Is anyone going to help me. Nothing. I walked out. Zero stars. It's hit or miss here. So I tried to find another Fed Ex and for all kinds of reasons I waited until today, Saturday, 5/29 to return to this store. Both people who helped me & the Fed EX staff member who came to pick up the packages were really great. So far, in the last few weeks 4/5 people have been nice & professional. I still can't give this site a 4 or 5 stars in good conscience. One bad apple does have an influence. I think all people who work in customer service should be kind & professional. And we are all human. I appreciate the staff at FedEx who have been courteous, attentive, professional. Thank you for your service.

Where do you go when your all-in-one home printer goes kaput? Duh! You make a beeline to FedEx, people! Needed to make some copies of a few documents like yesterday. Came to this location and used the print & go service. Glad I did! I was able to make copies of documents quickly and easily from my USB drive. Yasss! During my second visit, I was able to print up some copies from my mobile device. Awesome! By the way, I didn't have to take a second mortgage out on my house to pay for this service. Talk about inexpensive...cheaper than UPS! FYI: FedEx offers a resume package for only $3.99 (you get 10 copies on quality paper and one folder). Special mention: I was blown away by the huge selection of tech accessories. This place was loaded with all kinds of wireless chargers, USB cables, and USB drives. Even spotted some dope Bluetooth wireless earbuds! Shelves were fully stocked with various office items and shipping supplies. Got serious Barnes & Noble vibes from all of the self-help books. FedEx sells books? Who knew? Gotta give a shout-out to Tanesha for the flawless customer service! She greeted me like family the moment I walked through the door, and answered all of my twenty million questions without hesitation. Lol! I highly recommend FedEx if you're looking for quality printing and copying services. Five stars!

Quick & efficient assistance from the kind employee Gaylord, as I was on a quick mission to print, scan, fax & scan again. As with most FOP&SC you can ship via Express & Ground, utilize printing, designing, copying, signage & binding services. You can get some snacks as well if you get hungry while creating your next masterpiece. I also like the benefit of emailing something to their secured account if you don't have a usb flash drive on your person. Got a friendly "Thanks for stopping by & have a great day" on the way out. Located on the corner of Jennifer/Wisconsin Avenue...exit the same way out of the Friendship Heights Metro Station - Red Line.

Five stars to the wonderful manager and crew at FedEx in Friendship Heights. I've been using this site for years and I can attest, they really understand the meaning of "customer service!" Gaylord and Kavaungh went above and beyond to take in my order and deliver a top notch product. I am so grateful for them and thrilled to have such a wonderful business partner that I can rely on.
