This company is the worst! My son’s doctor sent a medical script for a specific brand diaper. When I received my order it was the wrong brand. I called to inquire in hopes that they correct the mistake. The next 3 times, they continued to send the wrong diaper after explaining and highlighting what the doctor script said. After making numerous of follow up calls with no response, I decided to take my business elsewhere. They do not deserve to be in business. They are administratively incompetent and exhibit poor business management. They have poor communication and lack good customer service. If you are considering using them for your loved one’s needs, do not use them! They are bad and need to get shut down!

This business does not deserve one star. Do not use this business. I have been trying to get a Hoyer Lift for my 91-year-old father for four months. I have called, texted, and emailed numerous times. In the rare occasion they answer the phone, they promise imminent delivery of the equipment that just never arrived. They simply should not be in business. I am disheartened that this business takes advantage of our vulnerable elders. Their treatment of my father is not only grossly egregious but near abusive. I cannot imagine what this business does to the elderly who don't have strong advocates on their side. I hope each of you with similar experiences will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It appears they have been investigated by the Better Business Bureau in the past.

It's unfortunate to have someone in charge of a company that is responsible for distributing medical supplies and they have no sense of care or consideration for the needs of the people who need the supplies. I have been waiting for a wheel chair order since the beginning of June and was told to communicate with the Manager (David)who does not respond, makes excuses and never seems to be available. Please do not ever use this place for your loved one!!!!. On another note: There is a young lady there named Tawana that is outstanding and she deserves to work at a better place than that company, she's always been helpful and courteous. They should be happy to have her.

January 28, 2021 -- Avoid a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and find another supplier.I have tried to order 5 boxes of catheters over the last three months for my mother's use -- a 76-year-old who depends on a consistent supply to avoid illness. Dave, the manager in charge of my mother's account, has been unable to understand the simple Rx parameters to deliver 5 boxes on a monthly basis. He has both messed up my mother's order every month and the billing of it which has resulted in unnecessary delays. He is never in the office (or so I'm told by Israa and Sofia who also work at Family Medical Supply when I have called). He never answers the phone and never returns phone calls. Instead, what you get is automated message from his phone: “Can I call you later?” And, of course, the call never comes. After trying to deal with David over a period of 3 months, I had no other recourse but to file a official grievance with CareFirst (my mother's insurance company) to request assistance in resolving the issue which started in October 2020 and is still ongoing as of January 28, 2021. This is a poorly run company, and David is unprofessional and unsympathetic to his clients' needs. I have left a voice message for David’s supervisor, Derje Daniel, and I’m still waiting for a call back.Avoid a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and find another supplier.

I have been having the hardest time contacting them to get my monthly supplies. I've been calling daily and they won't answer or clear out the voicemails so that you can leave a message. I have even emailed Shonnell Denison the person that set up the account for me. I'm really contemplating a new supply source.
