Whats going on with this family dollar they need to update system or change the system get better and more respectful employees ive hone 4 times now and all the time there is a note on the door saying system down i don’t understand. this is very inconvenient because the next family dollar is more than 2 miles away and im not driving it would be great if this store would actually be running

there is a big problem at the h street store the system is always down and when customers go to the store, the store is closed because of the system. this is happen too much and we need a better family dollar at this location. you all are losing money. the customers deserve better and the h street store is not the one. please, please get a new management. this store is terrible. we have gone there many times and the store is close because of the system. get better management or close up. we need a better store and this store is not it. no star rating it is very bad

Happ y to have found this place as I was in D.C. for a couple if weeks. Looked online & called was able to go in and purchase a charger I needed worked GREAT! $10.50 + tax! Whoop Whoop!

The store was clean. Everything was easy and manageable to find. I needed assistance twice and received it. I really like this store and the convenience. Thanks for being around Family Dollar.

Whenever I visit this family dollar on h street ne Washington DC, I have to leave my bags, backpack, or cart at the front unguarded by any employee. I've witnessed this with other customers as well. There is no respect. I was called a bitch by employee and told I couldn't purchase anything for refusing to leave my cart which was a luggage rack. The employee called it ugly. When I visit other locations in DC, MD and Ohio, I've never had this experience. They are welcoming. Something needs to change when the location where black, brown,yellow and red are made to feel like second class citizen with the stereotype of theft

I went here on Saturday, 09/10/2022, 7:15 pm. Upon entering the store the first thing I heard was some very offensive music playing. All kinds of offensive language. I could not believe my ears. There were only two young guys working.The store was a mess as usual. Boxes of merchandise stacked in the middle of the isles, merchandise on the floor, merchandise not priced, and the refrigerator out of service. It is a dangerous work place and business for the public. This place needs a visit from DOL/OSHA!

I get quick home commodities here. The laundry soap they have is cheap as well as other household stuff.
