She took the time to figure out what exactly I was looking for and once I was ready to put in an offer she had such great knowledge of the neighborhoods around Capitol Hill, when listings were being posted, and how to get me a house I love!

We used Justin Tanner with Faison Real Estate to buy our house on Capitol Hill in 2017 and sell in 2022. We can't recommend The Faison Team any more highly. Justin and Kendall took care of everything from prepping the home to sell, staging, pricing/negotiating, and all the closing details. Both the buying and selling were seamless and low stress. The recommendations they made for small upgrades to the house allowed us to sell for significantly over ask!Justin is an expert on Washington DC and Capitol Hill. If you are buying or selling on Capitol Hill, you should leverage his expertise!

If you are looking for an agent to buy or sell, then stop. Hire Linda Frame and the team at Faison. I met Linda by chance in an open house on a quick weekend in DC. I lived 3,000 miles away and Linda spent the next two months finding and securing the perfect house for us. She knows DC extremely well and has connections to make things happen in a very competitive market. She was responsive, thorough, and a pleasure to be around. Linda was an absolute delight to work with. From the moment I met her, she felt like a friend, and I looked forward to meeting up with her and checking out houses. Even though the process was fast-paced and occasionally overwhelming, Linda never appeared stressed. Her perpetual good cheer extends to everyone from her clients to home inspectors to other agents. She never pressured us in any way, but she was always honest. She figured out our taste and knew instantly that we would love the house that we ended up buying. Even after we closed, she kept in touch to welcome us to the neighborhood and to share contacts for painters, electricians, etc. I can't imagine that there's anyone better to work with.
