Metro Motor is a dependable place for gas and car services. They offer great deals for oil changes and are a full service station. My wife and I are lucky to have them around the corner from our home. They are also huge supporters of our active duty military personnel.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Dontae. I had unfortunately cracked my transmission. He was able to work with Progressive to help me keep my car and get a transmission replacement. The car runs even better than before!

Even though I have written several great reviews for them, I will need to retract them. We have been lied to and manipulated by the staff at Metro Motors. They have had our car since October 2021 and have not fixed it. While my car was on their lot it was hit and they never called us to tell us. We have to go up there to find out what is going on and when we do, we get lied to about what is wrong, when the car will be ready, what color the sky is. Dante and Cesar both have promised to fix the car and it is still sitting there. We are not young or well and are not able to get groceries or our medication without a car. We have eaten through our savings taking ubers and renting cars just to take care of the basics. Now we're out of money and we still have no car. Don't go to this business. They will hold you hostage and treat you like a mushroom.It's hilarious that you're apologizing but no one has called me about my car. Are you going to fix it or keep lying? It's not at your collision center. It's at 1201 Pennsylvania Ave SE

I needed the coolant hose fixed and coolant filled. It was done immediately! Very professional and friendly! I will happily drive the 33 minutes from my home to have my car serviced. I highly recommend them!

These guys are so incredibly helpful and very fast! I bought a used car that hadn't been driven in 6+ months before I bought it, so I was a bit worried about the state it was in. The guys at Metro Motor did an oil change checked for everything else that needed done. They even offered to bring my car in to get inspected so I didn't have to! I had my car back with tuned up breaks and the inspection done within 24 hours!

MOISES IS THE DRIVER YOU NEED! I have an extremely narrow alley exit and a large vehicle, Mr. Moises took his time to navigate and remove my vehicle without a scratch or damage! He was fast, friendly and went above and beyond on a 90 degree weather day to help me receive the best service from AAA so far!
