Most ridiculous store with the rudest and ignorant employees who only favor customers who look like them. I spoke up three managers at different stores and they all said the store is incorrect. The lady with the glasses refused to give me her name. STAY AWAY if you want to be treated with respect. Worst part is that this is the first time ever where I can honestly say that the two employees are down right racist. The other store manager said I was given wrong info and to go back in and get their names and have them show me the policy that they claim are on the website, , but they refused. No wonder this particular store has 2 stars. Again- you'll get great service if you look like them. This was obvious after a while, which is sad as I have never experienced anything like this. They will try to flip it on you and gaslight you! Looking at the 5 star review, it confirms what I observed in the few minutes in the store. Across the street Nordstrom Rack and Off fifth were much better experiences. I recorded my experience there and sent it to corporate where I was told that Express was wrong and they will investigate . Expect a different set of rules and disrespect if you're white.

I had a beautiful experience here today. Arquarius (please forgive me if I spelled that wrong!) was a gem. Several associates were so helpful in starting a fitting room, getting me extra sizes and bringing me shoes to complete the outfit. The manager was also kind and helpful. Even the security officer was polite and asked if I needed anything. It felt like a boutique experience. Thank you!

I had a pleasing experience at this Express store whilst on my trip in DC. All associates acknowledged me upon entering and departing the store. Even though their system was down, they still went above and beyond to get me my items. Thank you! Hope to see you guys soon. I love my new crossbody and outfits.

The staff are rude and incompetent. The clothes are all badly creased so it makes the whole shop feel like a low end cheap store, similar to T J Maxx around the corner :(

So helpful today after my feet hurting from heels that all of a sudden hurt. I ordered for store pick up and I called to see the estimated time of when the order was going to be ready. I was told it wasn't ready yet but the desperation in my voice must have had Raina (I think that's what her name is) have pity on me. My order was ready shortly thereafter.

Horrible customer service. The staff did not want to help. They were rude and showed attitude and bias. Avoid Express products. Poor quality, worksmanahip, and customer service. Same exact item can be found elsewhere at a fraction of a cost. Shop elsewhere. The store should shut down.

A curated selection of Express clothes for men and women. But the best part is the friendly and helpful staff, who were happy to help find my sizing and take my selections back to a dressing room.

Store is closed at 7:20 PM on sunday, nobody is there, so change your time 7:00 PM. It is not good that you are mentioning wrong time of closing
