They don’t even try to vacuum at all I spent 28 and this is what I got I had to clean the from and after a left that when I open the trunk and it’ hasn’t even been touched

The worst service I’ve ever got in my life not even trying to be exaggerating I just paid and they just give me the car back without even vacuuming my car because they said there was a lot of hair, but I will be attaching a picture of what they consider dog hair. I drive Custumer sometimes they have hair but that is not an excuse. I would never recommend not to my family or anyone else. 000000 stars btw I paid the $30

It's a robbery, the truth is, bad service, they don't give advice to Hispanics, the Asian owners work and they don't use good products and they don't wash the car well. I won't be coming back again.

This company tear my back sit of my car . I went to speck to the manager and Asia gay approached me and told me ( 30 years here we never have no problem. I took pictures of the vacuum they are using and the tear in my back sit of my car but not help ..

Poor service. I had to take their rags and wipe down the interior. Poor vacuum job. I won’t return.

Very expensive for exterior only wash 30$ with poor quality wash. Know before you head there.

Popped in for a quick exterior wash for the first time. The Asian guy had a bad attitude. The car was basically run through the machine (which is fine) and then dried off. I witness the woman wipe over some birds poo still on the car and because it didn't shift, she left. I called someone over to assist and ended up doing removing it myself with her cloth. The didn't wipe down the mirrors so there'll be water marks whulich is no big deal, but... doubt I'd go there again.

It is a go to if you need a quick clean that gets the surface stuff. I had to tell them to get the 3rd mat in my truck. It's quick but not very detailed.

Did a really nice job with cleaning the inside. Washed the outside very well as well. The older guy in the back was very knowledgeable needs to be promoted . This is a great car wash. Car wash is not in the greatest shape but this is a true definition of looks can be deceiving. The whole staff was cool people's

My car was real dirty, and just the regular wash had it looking real nice. Very quick, cheaper than a lot of the other car washes in the area.

Until they take serious measures about their waste management and not letting litter be strewn around I won't come here again to have my car washed. I watched owner operator throw duct tape around and you can see it and other trash blowing out of their parking lot into the environment. Cars are getting cleaned while the environment around is dirtied.

The service here is the BEST I've experienced in DC, & they're the CHEAPEST by a long shot! I've paid $65+ in Easton, MD to beg the detailers to scrub, then leave with dirty rims. I've paid $40+ in Waldorf & left with a completely dirty car and streaks on the windows. There's another location in DC who is also not great, but Express Car wash has been memorable enough with me leaving with a clean car & clean rims with no brake dust to ask for cash back for a tip, and even after the tip I'm not paying $40. They're NOT a detailing service, and they don't claim to be, but they have done fantastic everything right on the three cars I've taken there.Services: Vacuuming
