I had my motorcycle boots resoled. The shop was courteous, reasonably priced, completed the work earlier then expected, and a pleasure to work with. That said, the craftsmanship is also excellent and they even threw in a shine. Thank you very much!

The older gentleman that initially took my shoe in for repair was very pleasant. Although I felt that the cost was overpriced, he did explain to me the process and steps to replace my heel. Now, when I called to check on the status of my shoe for pickup. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and unpleasant. She gave me unwarranted attitude and was even more disgusting in person. Whoever is the owner of this shop needs to get rid of the older African American lady with the disgruntled curly wig because she lacks customer service and is unnecessarily rude to customers. Overall my heel was nicely replaced but I won’t be coming back

Long overdue but I wanted to extend my thanks to Expert Luggage. I am holding onto a Victorinox Werks rollerboard that has over 200,000 miles. In Fall 2022 the wheels delaminated. After speaking with Victorinox, they recommend Expert Luggage. Within a week, I had a set of OEM replacement wheels - all in time for my international trip. These guys truly know what they’re doing with multiple luggage brands and communicate throughout the process. I don’t hesitate to recommend to my DMV road warrior friends.

So Yesterday on 6-8-23I came into this business toPurchase a lock. The lock happensTo be to big. So today 6-9-23 I tried to return. I got the coldest unfriendly customer treatment. I had my receipt and the lock that is now of no use to me for $11 little small lockThe clerk tells me if the package is open then they can't take back.Then she said there was a way to open the package without tearing or cutting like how was I suppose to know I never open one of their locks until now. So I said that it wasn't fair and she got the manager who was also insulting nasty attitude. About how it's his business and how he doesn't have to make his store policy clear.They have a pink policy sign but they said they don't care about it it's his business and I can't return.I'll never come back or suggest to anyone to support this business.

I had found the service and work here great until recently. They treat customers rudely and are over priced. I know because I took my product to a place in Bethesda and the cost was 2/3 what they quoted me here … and they treated me like a human being. I hope they get back to treating customers well.

I have brought a variety of pieces of luggage for repair for over ten years, each with one or more ailments, e.g., broken zippers, wheels, handle assembly, ripped fabric, etc. Each was repaired beautifully. If something was not worth fixing, I was told right up front after I explained what needed to be fixed. With my last item for repair, I brought the owner a bottle of wine because he took his valuable time to find a replacement part for an old but favorite piece of luggage. RC

The boss of this shop, Joe, is I think the nicest person in America. He is very friendly, extremely competent, and totally accommodating. I had an emergency (literally) for new podiatry shoe inserts I badly needed to get my wife and Joe came through in spades-- he was totally understanding, totally kind, and put it at the top of his list and got it done quickly. I am eternally grateful. I've also been to his shop previously for shoe repairs of high-quality Italian leather shoes and his guys did a fantastic job each time. I highly highly recommend this business, they are just great.

They fixed an old pair of leather boots that had dead rubber soles this week. The boots came out BEAUTIFUL and in the newest trend with the big treads. Better than the original soles!!! Very rude staff. We showed her our suitcase with its broken wheel and she just kept saying “$38.50.” I was trying to ask her specifically what parts would be replaced, and she just kept saying that number but not letting me finish speaking. I finally gave up and let my husband deal with her. They seem to have used some old parts in the repair (we were not told that was a possibility) and while the suitcase does have a wheel now, it does not roll smoothly. Not worth it.She also told us she had the number for the manufacturer, and we both thought that meant she could contact them if we wanted to wait potentially longer for original parts. When I tried to say we wanted to go with that option, she laughed and said “I’m not going to call them! You need to call them.” It’s just unnecessary. Why be so rude? I won’t be back.Update to respond to the store’s response: I never thought or said anything about a free repair or a warranty. I was simply trying to ask you whether in the repair, regardless of price, just the wheel would be replaced or the housing as well. But you would not let me finish and instead kept repeating the price as if I was objecting to it. I never objected to the price and I did not think any warranty would apply to such an old suitcase. You made all of that up. You might try listening to people’s questions rather than assuming the worst (in this case, that I wanted a free repair). I assumed that calling the manufacturer might allow us to *purchase* (again, not for free) original parts.

Really horrible customer service. I had the « pleasure » of coming here twice and was treated with disdain and cocky customer service. The first time I brought a handbag for repair and was given their opinion on its manufacture which I didn’t ask for (I just wanted to know if they could repair it). When they did, there were glue stains all over and their excuse was that it’s underneath and not visible! I thought I would give them a second chance and this time brought some shoes for repair but was met with the same attitude by another customer representative. I had also seen them treat another customer from Europe who brought luggage in for repair with the same disdain. Don’t go here!

You wanted the wheel repaired for FREE under a warranty and your luggage is not covered under warranty for wheels. The price is $38.50 retro fix not (Heys wheel) your husband picked it up and rolled it in the store before leaving. If it wasn't rolling properly I am sure your husband would have speak on it before saying ''Thank you have a great day'' We don't give out manufacturer numbers to customers. Sorry you didn't have the experience you was excepting wheels are not free under warranty for your luggage brand its $38.50 per wheel. Again sorry you feel that way wish you good luck with your future repair endeavors. Happy Holidays to you and your husband." I never thought or said anything about a free repair or a warranty. I was simply trying to ask whether in the repair, regardless of price, just the wheel would be replaced or the housing as well. Rude staff members. I would avoid this place at all cost. I never understand why people take customer service jobs and don’t want to service the customer. Or have bad attitudes. And from reading the reviews obviously this isn’t a isolated incident. I see multiple reviews complaining about the customer service. Before I could even open the second shoe box I packed up the stuff and let the lady know about her attitude. Because I don’t spend money with businesses with terrible customer service. But she claimed I was mad because they couldn’t repair the shoe. I never even got that far because I shut it down as soon as I noticed the rude demeanor and body language.
