As a first time home buyer I would not recommend this company. We worked with Phil Di Ruggiero and a colleague of his Rabih Chamas and I frankly think they took advantage of us. Phil was condescending during our search in DC proper, bragging about his personal real estate moves and trying to convince us that Georgetown was equal if not more dangerous than Petworth. Finally, I don't think they provided good guidance during our negotiations. We were willing to overpay (this was 2 years ago during the height of the housing craziness post covid) but they guided us to pay more than we likely would have had to in order to get the house. In buying our first house, we felt like they didn't care about getting us in the best house, but rather to just get us in a house and move on.
