“I know, it's a Verizon store, so if you're coming here it's probably because you have some phone or account issues to deal with...I had to come because my phone fell in a pool and I needed to get a new one and try to trade in the old (pool) one. I thought it would be a meh experience and that I would probably get nothing for the old phone, but an employee named Gavin walked me through everything, got me set up with a new iPhone, and even got me trade-in credit for the old phone! Thanks Gavin for helping me out and making my experience a good one.”

“I like businesses that are available on metro. This store is on the green line. There is a decent amount of house hold items, cleaning & laundry supplies. The merchandise has changed from the "old Targets." Not as many clothing choices. I was surprised they didn't stock shopping carts on roll groceries home. They only had a laundry hamper on wheels.”

They patiently answered all of my questions (I had a lot of questions) . They did all of this while servicing all of their other customers. I was extremely satisfied and happy with my service. “They took care of my billing problem and told me when I was eligible for a free phone upgrade. (I dislike my phone). I didn't give it five stars only because cricket only has giant phones. If I wanted a tablet, I'd get a tablet. I miss small phones. Oh, and beware of the parking meter with the giant pothole. It might pop your tire.”
“I was helping my elderly Aunt who had 4 phones. 3 were not working right. After a very frustrating and unhappy experience in another T Mobile shop. I attempted to call the corporate customer service number (as instructed by the annoyed employee at that store) to resolve a few problems. Unfortunately due to the multiple issues I had I needed to go to a store. There is no way I would go back to the previous store.I went to this Metro T-Mobile shop and met with Daniel. What an amazing difference when you work with someone that has a positive attitude that seems to genuinely want to help their customers.Daniel was patient, took his time listening to the issues and appeared to be happy doing it. Daniel came up with a simple solution, and even found another problem that had caused technical issues.I strongly recommend this store. The employees here seem to really want to provide customer service.”
“The driver was right on time. I like the progress Active Menus gives you. I ordered from 7-Eleven, and I wish I can just type in what I want. Instead you have to search through all the "snack" or "soda" categories, which can be a little annoying.”

“Getting there is dreadful, but once we were inside everything went well. We had to get files off a badly-damaged MacBook. We only had to wait about 5 minutes to get service at the Genius Bar, and the genius who helped us got up to speed on the problem quickly and was able to help with the transfer. (Caveat: trying to make an appointment here was basically impossible. We opted for a walk-in at 5:30pm on a Tuesday.)”

“This 7-11 has no stock, the staff are very unprofessional and the hot food var is always unsanitary. The food is dry, over cooked and never available. I uses to like it but it has gotten really dirty and the new staff are judgemental because of my situation. Being homeless I spend a lot of time at 7-11-I don't really panhandle but I've never panhandled at this one. The worst 7-11 ever”
