Fantastic experience! Bouquet of fresh fruit and chocolate was amazing as a gift for my daughters first day on her dream job.Store owner made a special trip to deliver the arrangement for when my daughter finished work for the day.Incredible Customer Service!

Only delivered half of my order. I never got my flowers with vase that was expensive to add on. When I tried to call it said they were closed when it’s clearly still business hours.

My daughter sent me an edible individual cheesecake box for Mother's day. It was left on my door ledge. The delivery man didn't knock, ring doorbell, or call. When I found it the next morning it was inedible. Store manager promised to deliver a replacement. It never came ?

I made an online order on May 8, 2023 to be delivered on Mother's Day, May 14, 2023. My order was never delivered. I have made several attempts to contact the store in my area to no avail. I have even left several messages and no one has returned my call. This is very bad business, especially for a special occasion as Mother's Day. I will never and I mean never patronize this business again.

I ordered an Easter arrangement for delivery on Saturday before Easter, giving explicit instructions online and by phone, to call the recipient first to arrange delivery. Instead, the fresh fruit was left unattended outdoors until it became moldy because the recipient received no call until he was away from home for 24 hours. As soon as I realized he was no longer home I tried to cancel the order but received no call back. I have still received no response from the seller despite repeated requests for a full refund. The arrangement was also totally different from the one pictured. By the time it was received it was so spoiled that it smelled rotten. I would give zero stars if I could.

Last year, I chose this store, Edible Arrangements - 1276 in Washington District of Columbia, to gift a friend with a delicious Edible Arrangements fruit display! I am a long-time fan of the brand for its outstanding service here in Georgia. I also have had great service in other states.Lo and behold, I discovered another facet of the brand when I placed an order with this franchise owner! The order showcased fruit I wouldn't serve to my pet after only 3 days. My friend was appalled and texted me a photo of the fruit, which I have shared in this review, as it is important for unwary customers to learn what might be their fate if they don't take the time to read Google reviews.My friend texted: "This is what strawberries looked like on day 3. Sad face. THEY owe you." To say the least, I was equally as flabbergasted. Before encountering this store, I'd NEVER had a problem with the Edible brand.I called the store. The manager, I believe she said her name was Lisa, answered and began excitedly telling me that the fruit was fresh, just off the delivery truck, and nothing was wrong with the order. In short, she was NOT trying to hear anything other than the dial tone."Is this Edible's example of customer service?" I asked myself. Surely not. But the manager dismissed me. I found the Contact Us section of the Edible website and promptly drafted a complaint.What I received was an Edible Arrangements Reference #3989349, a thank you for contacting them, and a confirmation that my feedback was sent to the store. The store owner would review my comments and contact me within 48 hours. Nothing. No call, no email. Nada. If the manager felt justified in being dismissive on the phone then, why would she want to engage me again? And I was polite.I must make a note on my calendar NOT to contact this store in the future. In truth, I thought of never doing business with Edible Arrangements again. However, I will not allow one poor experience to mar the whole of my delight with sending Edible's delicious baskets, which I love. This reminds me to return to the Edible Arrangements I use in Georgia and commend them for their outstanding service.The Edible Arrangements Corporate Division must address the substandard service of poorly rated franchises. Horrible customer service should never be tolerated.

Deserves zero stars, revocation of delivery option, or closing. Order at your own risk! They proudly boast of not having a customer service mechanism. You have to go to the store to resolve any issue. Rarely answers phones. Item ordered 5 days prior to desired delivery. Left food outside (twice) in the tool box on the porch with no notification and on the porch ledge (after a week of insisting that deliver to a tool box was appropriate handling of food). Someone spent the day waiting (at a locked screen door) for the 2nd delivery and the delivery person banged on the door, did not wait 1 second for someone to come to the door, left the item the ledge, took a photo, and ran to their car before the person waiting for the delivery unlocked the door. Did not answer the phone for 2 days to inquire about delivery. Had to contact corporate and then out-of-state affiliates just to receive a returned call. Horrible! Contemptible! Unsanitary!

This store ruined Valentines day for my spouse and I. Not only did they not deliver my order, I’ve reached out via email, phone, and I even contacted corporate. Nobody including corporate has contacted me back nor has the store with a refund. I am very upset with the service, and I do not recommend.

I placed an order on 1/26 for a 2/13 delivery which is today. It was not delivered. Not only was it not delivered but it wasn’t fulfilled and I’ve been calling this store for 2 weeks now. I’ve contacted customer service and they have tried to contact the store. Why is this store still in business when they don’t answer phones or fulfill orders. What is the purpose of this establishment with non working employees? Can someone explain because the math ain’t mathing. Now guess what i don’t have my order for Valentines Day because of this store location being the plague of my Valentines Day!

Did not deliver the gift on time and never answered the phone (i called 5 times). This is the second Edible i have used in the DC area --- clearly this guy is not better. The franchise sucks!

I would give a zero but you can't. This is a fraudulent business. They take your order and money and never deliver! They don't answer their phone or email. I will never order another edible arrangement anywhere again! Gives a really bad impression for all. They will eventually go out of business as none of these have a good review.
