Exceptional staff ensures meticulous care for your car. They not only impeccably clean the exterior but also rejuvenate the interior, leaving my car looking factory-fresh. The compliments I receive about my car's appearance often lead to inquiries about the detailing service, though it's simply a wash. With multiple locations across the DMV area, their service is conveniently accessible.

For the money they charged, this car wash is not worth it! they will get your car clean, inside & out. But they did a sloppy job shining the interior leather. There were spots where they did not rub in the oil or product they used. They didn't unbuckle the back seat seal belts so the area under seat belt was not done. And after 2 days & some rain, my car did not shine as much. I could have gotten this same service some place else for half the price. I'm one & done at Eco. Your paying xtra money for the location. So disappointing! Ugh

First visit to Eco! They are located the a parking garage on level P2, so be sure to plan something to do in the area. I would also recommend asking the staff for parking validation but don't lose your ticket! The total wash time was about an hour and a half for a midsize SUV. They were pretty thorough! And what they "missed" was minuscule, I am talking a crumb or small area missed. They did a 9/10 job. I am highly impressed and happy I am finally able to depend on a car wash to provide services that equal the cost...I feel the price for their mid range wash isn't too expensive. More basic car washes charge $30-$50 and only provide about half the services and/or quality Eco does. Great job from the rims, mats, windows, screens, floorboards and exterior. My only feedback is they could've done a bit better with the seats as far as crumbs and wipeable marks. Honestly, I wish more car washes moved more like Eco. I have tried Flagship and We Care Auto Wash in the past and was always left disappointed. A lot of these washes are all about the money and tips but don't want to provide the service to match. Eco is fast, reasonably priced and thorough. What more can you ask for?

As a puppy mommy, riding with my little one is our favorite pastime. As an adult woman, a car full of doggy hair, leaves and dirt makes me feel like I’m losing at life. Every time I drop off my car, I feel so amazing that I make budget to have my car cleaned monthly. They do a thorough job and are kind and easy to work with. I base this one on the quality of the vaccuum for pet hair - I am so satisfied and will always come back.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Unfortunately I was not pleased with my exterior wash. While they were quick and friendly, my car wasn’t returned as clean as expected. I just had the exterior cleaned and unfortunately spots were left dirty. See images. I do appreciate that they gave me $7 cash to pay for parking, but I did have to pay $10 which I thought was strange. But still appreciated. I came here because I assumed people would do a better cleaning than a drive through car wash but spots were still left dirty which was unfortunate considering this cost significantly more than a drive through wash.

Waste of 50$, cheaters. I did exterior wash and interior for my new car. The guy put a minor scruff and says I noticed that and asked me drop off the car for a buff service. They forgot the cloth used for cleaning inside the car. Better an automated car wash than these cheaters. Avoid these cheaters atleast at Astrazeneca location. The car wasn't even cleaned properly.EDIT 24/JUN/2022, a week after, replying to owner's response.1) Sorry, I had couple of missed calls but no voicemails so I didn't know it was Ecocar until today when I saw this response. I didn't even want to respond until you mentioned that you already "made" a refund which I didn't get it on Cash app, as of 24 Jun 2022.2) "Properly" is the word that I used in original review. Even the exterior wash according to your website has "Apply Shine and Spray Wax" and "Shine on Tires and Plastic moldings".3) May be your guys are careful and efficient at other locations but not the AstraZeneca location. Sadly, I thought I could get this cleaning done every 3 weeks when I come to work. So, you lost a probable repeat customer, at least 50$+ a month! Also, hopefully you will avoid this scratch and fix gig to make extra $$$ and try earning repeat customers instead by being honest and trustworthy.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Exactly what I needed. Dropped my car off for an hour while I ran errands and came back to a brand new car. It's a little difficult to navigate the parking garage but that's not the business' fault, just bad sign design :)Services: Full body wash

First I'll just say the people who actually work at this location are friendly and do a pretty good job cleaning the cars. Appreciate all the work they've done on my cars.Main reason I'm only giving three stars is that I've been coming here for several months and there's been an inconsistency between what I see on the website and what I'm told in person. I purchased an "Exclusive Pass" several months ago and have been renewing (until now) each month bringing my cars in several times. For what I believe is now a full year of having the service, I have been bringing in my two different cars without issue. For the first time today, I was told the Exclusive Pass could only cover one car. I was never informed about a policy change (it was not a policy written on their site when I first purchased my pass), nor is it still readily clear on their site (after some digging, I finally found a small section that just says '=same car=' separate from the promotional images they have. Additionally, there is no place on the site to even really see your membership, the terms associated with it, the car associated with it - nothing. It's just a PayPal automatic payment set up to some person's hotmail account.) So today on my visit, I had to pay almost the full non-pass price (they gave me a small discount after the attendant herself couldn't find the area on the site saying the pass is limited to a single car). What frustrates me about this experience is that I just renewed my pass a few days ago, and this was my first visit with the newly renewed pass. When informed about the single car policy, I was even willing to play ball and assign the car I brought in as the car covered under the pass - it's the larger of my two and I'm fine not bringing in the smaller car going forward. They would not let me change the car assigned for whatever reason and made me pay the nearly full price. The website as a whole can be misleading too - when booking an appointment, there's no way to see the "Exclusive Pass" rates so you can't pay up front, and additionally the signup process heavily implies that all services will come with free parking. That apparently is not the case for 'Exclusive Pass' members who instead only get a 33% discount on parking during very specific hours (so if you like to drop off early, you're out of luck and need to pay parking in full defeating much of the value of the pass). All in all, my main recommendation is to not purchase the pass unless you are already parking at City Center otherwise and you only have a single car you'll ever wash there. They do a decent job cleaning. I wouldn't really call it 'detailing' as they say (at least for the 'Full Detail'), but more of a pretty-good hand wash and interior wiping down/vacuuming. Probably somewhere right in the middle between a self-drive car-wash and a real detailing service that would charge a couple hundred bucks.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Great service and really the only option in downtown. DC has few options for car washing services including interior detailing. So glad I found this place and the prices are very reasonable. They are located at the bottom of the 11th Street garage entrance.

Good work, quick and a good location. A little pricey between the car wash and having to pay at the location too.
