Evelyn and the team and Eastern Auto are excellent - they saved me about $300 compared to what a dealership and our insurance quoted me for the same service, were extremely efficient, up-front, and on top of it all seem like genuinely good people. Would highly recommend and will be coming back for any other car maintenance needs in the future.

I have been bringing my car (‘16 Infiniti QX50) here since 2020 and I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciate Wilson and his team. There’s other cheaper shops out there but for me the trust and peace of mind I have in this shop is priceless.

This is pretty much the only auto repair shop me and my family will go to anymore. Wilson and Evelyn are incredibly kind and the whole team there is knowledgeable, professional, and the work is very reasonably priced. They've always been able to fix any issue that I've had and have done so quickly. They have also always been willing to explain issues with the car in further detail when I ask and know my car in an out at this point. Estimate was very expensive- artificially high labor time, parts charges, and ridiculous 'shop fees.' Declined the work, got a second opinion and was told only a fraction of the recommended work was actually needed, and for a fraction of the price.

I called three days in advance to schedule a assessment of my car’s AC problems, and showed up the day of to be told that they didn’t make an appointment so it would have to be left until they had time to look at it. Not great communication or management, can’t speak to their technical proficiency.

They performed an overhaul on my car (replaced the engine and associated parts). They even transferred every part still in good condition from my old engine back onto the new engine causing me not to have to spend unnecessarily on new parts. Did a fantastic job. It's been a few weeks and no check engine lights have come on. No issues. It runs as smoothly as it did when I first got it. They informed me of any issues I should watch out for and told me everything they did while repairing my vehicle. I took a while to have the company come back and pick up the core engine and these guys were very graceful even abt asking me to have it picked up. And they were fair abt the pricing. Everyone that works there seems very courteous and professional too which is difficult to find with mechanics these days. I dealt with Wilson, Mauricio, and the front desk Lady (I forget her name)--but all were kind.

Stay AWAY. Went in and had engine light on that showed vacuum leak. He want to replace the valve cover and the Mass Air flow sensor to start, then the oxygen sensors. Then he said that one fuel injector was bad and was open dumping fuel which was the exact opposite of the lean engine condition. He said he did not want to find the bad one but wanted to replace all eight at about $1,200 plus labor. When I questioned this approach and his refusal to replace the supposed single injector he got angry. Bottom line he was going to milk me for over $3000.Service: Engine repair

Both of my headlights were out and because of my work schedule I could only get there later in the day. They not only helped me fix the headlights but also got me out of there quickly and were very friendly and communicative.

We went there to get our hybrid checked and wanted a second opinion. They were very helpful and didn't try to milk us for cash like a lot of spots would. They didn't take a penny from us for just checking the car, but other places did. Every rep that was there were also really nice. We will be coming back for all of our car related business!
