WOW!! I'm still looking at my bank account with amazement, i remember few months back i had nothing i couldn't boast of 1000$ in my bank account cause i've lost my life-savings and pension to scammers, i had lost all hope in life..until I come across Hendrick Jennifer, the lady who changed my life totally. i had concluded that all account managers in groups were scammers but she proved me wrong, every time i apologize to her for doubting she from the start. Everyone needs to meet Her. The customer service here is exceptional, my paperwork was handled on time and the personable staff are very accommodating of my schedule . I have an Auto Loan with ADVFCU.org, their rates are unbeatable, they should shows on the top of google search results in DC if you ask me.

I've bank with AFFCU for years. I have experienced nothing but the most pleasant staff attitudes and they has always gone that extra mile to get my request met. I have not had a bad experience on the phone or face to face. I highly recommend AFFCU to friends and family!!!

First: The branch at Gallery Place/Chinatown is now closed and moved out to NoMa metro stop. I found it difficult to get the same answer about policies from any two employees. Was told by one I was eligible for mobile check deposit, told by another that it was still in beta. Told when I opened the account that after 30 days I would be able to deposit checks and have them available with one business day and until then they could be held up to 14 business days, then told by another it would be for 6 months. Also have had difficult setting up direct deposit. They gave me a form to use and then later I was told the account number listed on that form was incorrect, which is why it didn't go through.
